What you need to know about Scrum
Scrum is an Agile methodological framework used to manage and develop complex projects, particularly in software development. It is based on iterations called sprints, which are short cycles (typically 2 to 4 weeks) during which a cross-functional team plans, develops, and delivers priority product features. Scrum emphasizes collaboration, adaptability, and transparency. Key roles include the Product Owner (who defines priorities and requirements), the Scrum Master (who facilitates the process and removes obstacles), and the development team (who creates the product). The main tools are the product backlog, sprint backlog, and structured meetings such as the daily scrum, sprint review, and retrospective. Highly popular, Scrum enables quick delivery of results while adapting to changes, and promotes continuous improvement of processes and products.

Base salary is £41,571 - £45,784 with an additional DDaT allowance of £4,350 - £11,000 available. A Civil Service Pension with an employer contribution of 28.97%
