You could either already be a Lead Developer/Development Manager etc. with full leadership over a development team. Required Skills : At Least 8+ years of Commercial Experience and Knowledge of: PHP MySQL, including database optimisation LAMP Linux MVC, ORM Unit Testing HTML CSS/XHTML JQuery Caching Technologies, such as MemCached, Redis or Varnish Ability to share and communicate ideas clearly, both orally and writing in impeccable English language Must have the ability to proactively lead development teams and provide technical direction Capacity to work independently or as part of a team and operate to tight deadlines Advantageous But Not Essential: Great knowledge of Apache, specifically Mod Rewrite Good working knowledge of Linux, including command line Server administration experience Ecommerce experience Smarty Salary will be £60K - £65K.
