Contexte du poste La mission consiste à accompagner les utilisateurs dans l’adoption du nouveau CRM Microsoft Dynamics. Le rôle couvre la communication, la formation, l’animation des communautés et l’ensemble des actions nécessaires pour réduire la résistance au changement et maximiser l’appropriation de la solution. Missions principales Déployer un plan complet de gestion du changement autour de Microsoft Dynamics. Communiquer les bénéfices de la solution, gérer les résistances et répondre aux préoccupations des utilisateurs. Proposer et mettre en place un plan d’onboarding pour les nouveaux Business Key Users (BKU) afin qu’ils puissent former les utilisateurs entrants. Concevoir divers supports de communication : supports de formation continue, release notes, tips & best practices, contenus pédagogiques divers. Rédiger et diffuser des newsletters régulières. Animer la communauté Engage (tips, tutos, informations maintenance, release notes, etc.). Organiser et animer des webinars (remise à niveau, présentation des nouveautés, communication des releases, etc.).
