Our client based in Newbury is looking for a Data Scientist with experience in designing scalable, secure and high performance data solutions. This is a 6 months contract with good possibility of extension. The role is hybrid with 2-3 days onsite in Newbury. Required experience: * Data science, ML , EDA and feature engineering. Experience of having ideated, developed and deployed to production end to end data science use cases. * Design and architect scalable, secure, and high -performance data solutions primarily using the Snowflake platform. * Leverage Openflow experience to optimize data workflows and integrations. * Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion from various sources, including Salesforce, relation, files and NoSQL databases. * Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. * Implement dimensional modeling techniques to support data warehousing and business intelligence needs. * Build and optimize data pipelines across cloud environments (Azure and AWS) ensuring efficient data movement and transformation. * Ensure data quality, governance, and security best practices are adhered to across the data architecture. * Support analytics and reporting teams by enabling data access and integration with Power BI and Tableau dashboards. * Stay current with emerging data technologies and recommend improvements to existing data architecture. L'objectif est de concevoir et produire des analyses, des rapports BI (Power BI) et des analyses avancées sur Google Cloud Platform (GCP), afin de répondre aux besoins métiers et de développer de nouveaux usages data au sein de l'organisation. Missions principales Mettre en œuvre des outils informatiques, des techniques et des méthodes statistiques pour organiser, synthétiser et traduire efficacement les données Fournir un appui analytique à la conduite d'exploration et à l'analyse complexe de données Créer des algorithmes de recherche de données permettant d'explorer les données utiles Industrialiser le traitement des données les plus pertinentes, et organiser/synthétiser/traduire l'information pour faciliter la prise de décision Gérer les opérations, l'administration, la modélisation et l'architecture des gisements de données ; s'assurer du bon fonctionnement et de la cohérence des bases existantes Donner du sens aux données à l'aide de connaissances analytiques (SQL, analytics/BI, statistiques) Travailler en collaboration avec le management pour répondre aux questions business, en s'appuyant sur l'analyse des données historiques
