Contexte Dans le cadre du développement d’un pôle Data transverse intervenant sur différents domaines métiers, nous recherchons un Data Analyst orienté BI & Digital afin d’accompagner les équipes sur des sujets d’analyse de données, de pilotage d’indicateurs et de suivi des parcours digitaux. L’intervenant travaillera en collaboration avec plusieurs équipes métiers et techniques dans un environnement agile, avec des interlocuteurs variés et des problématiques data multiples. Le poste implique une forte dimension fonctionnelle et analytique, avec des enjeux autour de la valorisation de la donnée, de la gouvernance Data et du pilotage des usages digitaux. Missions Activités BI / Data Analyse Participer aux ateliers d’affinage avec les équipes métiers afin de comprendre et challenger les besoins Data. Collecter, exploiter et analyser les données issues des différents environnements. Construire des indicateurs et tableaux de bord décisionnels. Réaliser des calculs et traitements de données via SQL. Intégrer les données dans des pipelines de restitution normés. Présenter les analyses et résultats aux équipes métiers. Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des pratiques Data et BI. Activités Data Digital / Tracking Identifier les besoins de tracking des parcours utilisateurs avec les équipes métiers. Participer à la mise en œuvre et à la recette des plans de marquage. Exploiter les données de tracking afin d’analyser les comportements utilisateurs. Construire des dashboards de pilotage des parcours digitaux. Réaliser des analyses marketing et comportementales. Être force de proposition sur les optimisations des parcours et usages digitaux. Dans le cadre du renforcement d’une équipe digitale en charge de l’analyse de la performance et du suivi du tracking web, notre client recherche un(e) Web Analytics & Data Analyst capable de faire le lien entre les équipes métiers, les équipes techniques et les responsables analytics. Missions principales Définir, maintenir et optimiser les plans de marquage (tracking plans) Mettre en place et contrôler le suivi des événements et conversions Garantir la qualité et la fiabilité des données collectées Participer à la migration ou à l’évolution des outils d’analytics Exploiter des données issues de différentes sources Réaliser des analyses ad hoc pour répondre aux besoins métiers Identifier les tendances, anomalies et opportunités d’amélioration Produire des recommandations basées sur les données Concevoir et maintenir des tableaux de bord Produire des rapports réguliers et des indicateurs de performance Utiliser des outils de visualisation pour restituer les résultats Recueillir les besoins des équipes métiers Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes data et analytics Assurer une communication claire des résultats et recommandations

As a Data Analyst you will ensure that all data is processed and quality assured so that it can be analysed through appropriate systems with a view to the production of reports that can assist the Client services and other stakeholders make effective decisions and support the assessment of indicators and other business intelligence processes..
