Business Analyst with Treasury Systems – FIS Integrity Our Client is a Global organisation commencing the implementation of the FIS Integrity Treasury System. They are looking to recruit a seasoned professional Business Analyst with 5 to 10 years experience as a Business Analyst coupled with at least 3 to 5 years expertise of working with Treasury Systems. Since, they are implementing the FIS Integrity Treasury System – the Client would ideally like to recruit someone with at least 1 to 2 years experience of working with this software. You will be working between the Stakeholders in the business and the IT Treasury systems application team and manage the expectations of the Stakeholders. You role will be to understand the way the business works along with understanding FX and whole life cycle of the Treasury System. The following are skills you will have experience of: Compliance Regulatory Design function Treasury Systems ATS Rates, Forward Rates, FX Understanding trades In-house banking Software Testing This will be a key role for the IT team working closely with the Stakeholders. Your Role: · Translate GRC process needs into ServiceNow IRM delivery: gather requirements with process owners and end users, structure them into epics/user stories, and ensure they can be implemented in a maintainable way in ServiceNow IRM. · Cover multiple IRM modules, with focus on the operational processes and user journeys across Risk Management, Compliance / Internal Control, Audit Management. · Cover TPRM-related use cases (vendor/engagement data, questionnaires, roles/personas, operational workflows) and ensure alignment with the broader IRM setup and governance model. · User-driven approach: optimize workflows for end users (clarity, minimal clicks, consistent forms/workspaces, meaningful notifications), and continuously improve usability based on feedback. · Pragmatic configuration-first mindset: prioritize out-of-the-box and configuration-driven capabilities and avoid complex customizations or heavy to maintain configurations unless there is a clear business case and long-term maintainability justification. · Write strong user stories and acceptance criteria: ensure each story is testable, traceable to a business need, and ready for implementation by the development team (including functional specs when needed). · Execute small changes independently in the platform, such as: simple form/list adaptations, field behavior, minor workflow adjustments, notifications, basic reporting/dashboard tuning, and controlled update sets; while larger changes are handled by the development team (with the BA providing clarified functional intent and supporting testing). · Support UAT and quality: define test scenarios, coordinate UAT with stakeholders, validate delivered changes vs acceptance criteria, and ensure smooth adoption. · Contribute to sustainable data/reporting needs: ensure that the solution remains reportable and scalable (consistent object relationships, clean data capture, reusable reporting approach). · Support TPRM-related use cases (vendor/engagement data, questionnaires, roles/personas, operational workflows) and ensure alignment with the broader IRM setup and governance model.

PEGA Business Analyst - Remote A Business Analyst with experience of the PEGA system is needed. You will be responsible for leading the requirements elaboration and product ownership of enterprise-grade Pega applications, for process modelling and requirement gathering. * Lead requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders. * Utilize Blueprint to capture business requirements and translate them into Pega design artifacts. * Translate business needs into clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria. * Work with Pega architects and developers to ensure feasibility and alignment with platform capabilities. * Manage and prioritize the product backlog in Agile/Scrum environments. * Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for new features or changes. Senior MI Business Analyst/Project Manager Our Client is a bank based in the City and are looking to recruit a Senior MI Business Analyst with Project Management skills. You will have at least 6 to 10 years proven hands-on expertise. Focus of the role: · Help the organisation (Senior Management and SMEs) to review business and financial performance of the organisation based on data and facts, advance understanding of the business success factors, business results and risks. · Develop technical and business solutions for MI, enable effective data management and sourcing of the data for MI, reporting and project activities. · Interact with vendors, Project teams and Development team in London and other sites to align delivery of the MI and sourcing of the data across business functions and entities. Responsibilities: · Develop MI and Reports predominantly for the business functions and SMEs, based on their requirements and expressed needs. Interact with other information workers (in business and finance teams) to ensure the data produced by those are sync’ed and “tells same story”. · Ensure the overall strategy of the data management within the Bank, guard and rationalise development or new data sources for MI purposes, align business and technical understanding of the available data with the requirements. · Facilitate and lead enhancements of the available data sources that would assist the organisational performance and guide the organisation in effort to optimise and automate business processes to collect and use data for reporting and MI purposes. · Working with team members and Subject Matter Experts or SMEs on identifying, designing, building, and performing analytics to provide risks and controls insights to business partners & Internal Audit · Document business MI Solutions to ensure this knowledge is retained within the organisation, interact with operational and technology management regarding access, processing, reporting, and integrity of source systems and data repositories, to educate them on data available to in organisation, how the data could be used. · Influence the technical team and the business to ensure the technical environment address current and aligned with future business needs and organisational skills. Key Skills: · Technical o Advance SQL querying skills, ability to write complex SSRS formulas o In-depth knowledge of MS SQL Server and experience to deliver MI and reporting solutions using the entire spectrum of the MI solutions (SSIS, SSRS, Power BI) ideally on early versions (2013/2016) and assist the organisation to migrate to later versions. o Exposure and high-level understanding of the SSAS and MDX language (although the organisation currently does not use OLAP). o Good exposure to PowerBI and advance knowledge of DAX (query language) and data modelling using this tool. o Good working knowledge of Excel capability, use of the reporting purposes, and formulas; desired VBA skills to optimise the data presentation. o Ideally, working knowledge of Hyperion/Essbase. o Working knowledge of SharePoint and its use to manage the MI, automate MI and reporting workflow, information and report distribution. o Good working practice designing data collections by using Kimball methodology. · Non-technical: o Practical understanding of the Data Visualisation techniques and principles. o High-level understanding of the data management and its impact on organisation’s bottom line. o Stakeholder management and interpersonal skills to understand the business requirements, link them to a business narrative and softly guide SME by delivering the requested MI. o Some understanding of the architectural principles, Agile methodology to engage users and deliver business solutions. o Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and narrative to business audience and non-technical teams. Senior Business Systems Analyst - Student Loans SLC / PGNI - Hybrid - Outside IR35 This role requires an individual who is comfortable managing changing priorities, driving stakeholder engagement and delivering structured analysis across large scale technical environments. Key Responsibilities Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyse and document requirements. Manage changing requirements and evolving project scope across delivery lifecycles. Identify and document non functional requirements including security and release considerations. Perform detailed data analysis across multiple data sources and systems. Design and document data flows, transformations, sequence diagrams and source to target mappings. Support creation of HLDs and technical documentation. Work closely with developers to evolve practical technical solutions. Support Agile SCRUM delivery across cross functional teams. Mandatory Skills and Experience Minimum 10+ years Business Systems Analyst experience with at least 7+ years in technical environments. Must have In-depth knowledge of the Student Loans Company (SLC) domain, including systems, operational processes, and capabilities. (good to have) In-Depth knowledge of UK Student loan system for PGNI (Postgraduate Loan Northern Ireland), PG(Postgraduate Loan), UG (Undergraduate Loan) for Part time and fulltime. (good to have) Strong familiarity with the Student Loan System, including multi-product and multi-domicile configurations and interconnectivity dependency to other GOV like HMPO DVA, HMRC etc and its underlying technology stack. Strong experience managing changing requirements and scope. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication capability. Experience identifying non functional requirements. Strong hands on experience in data analysis using Oracle, SQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Excel, JSON and CSV. Experience designing data flows and transformations. Experience producing sequence diagrams and source to target mappings. Experience within Agile SCRUM delivery environments. Comfortable operating in fast paced delivery environments with changing priorities. Strong collaboration across Product Owners, Developers and Testers. Strong analytical, communication and leadership capability. Significant onsite client facing experience. Good to Have Skills Experience using Visio, Draw.IO, JIRA and Confluence.
