Contexte et missions : Dans le cadre d’un programme de transformation agile à grande échelle, nous recherchons un Scrum Master ou Coach Agile pour accompagner les équipes dans l’adoption des bonnes pratiques agiles, fluidifier la collaboration et optimiser la délivrance produit. Votre rôle : Animer les cérémonies agiles (daily, sprint planning, review, rétrospective…). Identifier les axes d'amélioration d'équipe et favoriser une dynamique collaborative. Lever les obstacles au bon déroulement des sprints et assurer la fluidité des échanges. Accompagner l’organisation dans la mise en place de la culture agile. Descriptif du poste : Coach Agile / Accompagnement de la tribu Data La transformation Agile à l'échelle a débuté il y a plusieurs années chez un grand groupe bancaire français. Nous sommes actuellement dans une phase de déploiement de plusieurs tribus, déploiement qui a été pensé et opéré par vagues. Dans le cadre de la vague 2, 3 tribus ont été ciblées, dont la tribu Data. Cette tribu a pour objectif de fournir les moyens à l'entreprise dans son ensemble d'exploiter une data fiable. Le mantra de la tribu est "Ready to use Data to enable Agile Transformation". Sa vision est "une Tribu Data pour que nos clients puissent mieux tirer parti de la valeur de nos données, afin d'être en capacité de les utiliser en autonomie, ce à travers l'usage de données de confiance, des plateformes et des outils opérationnels". Missions principales La prestation consistera à accompagner post lancement, la tribu Data (40 personnes) et le CoE Gouvernance Data (moins de 10 personnes) : Accompagnement des rôles clés : Tribe Leader, Tribe IT Leader, Tribe scrum master, PO, PM et chapter leader Mise en place de la gouvernance et des cérémonies de niveau tribe Accompagnement à la définition et à la mise en place des outils de la tribe Puis progressivement accompagnement vers la mise en place du target operating model agile à l'échelle de l'entreprise Intégration des rôles métiers au sein de la tribe Passage d'une organisation en mode projet vers une organisation en mode produit
