The Cloud Platform Engineer role involves developing, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting containerized infrastructure. Dans le cadre du renforcement des équipes d'administration et de support, nous recherchons un Administrateur O365 / Support N2 capable d'intervenir sur des incidents complexes, d'assurer l'administration des services Microsoft 365 et de contribuer à l'amélioration continue des outils collaboratifs. En tant qu'Administrateur O365 / Support N2, tu seras amené à travailler sur des environnements critiques où la qualité de service, l'automatisation et la satisfaction utilisateur sont au cœur des enjeux. Tu auras pour missions de : Prendre en charge les incidents transmis par le support N1 nécessitant une analyse approfondie. Diagnostiquer les problématiques complexes liées aux environnements Microsoft 365 et à leur intégration dans le SI. Participer à l'organisation de l'activité support et à la capitalisation des connaissances. Enrichir régulièrement la base documentaire et les procédures d'exploitation. Assurer l'administration des services Microsoft 365. Gérer les demandes d'évolution, les affectations de profils et les droits utilisateurs. Participer à la définition et aux recettes des outils d'administration. Administrer et maintenir les services collaboratifs du tenant Microsoft 365. Échanger avec les différents interlocuteurs techniques pour résoudre les incidents complexes. Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus et du niveau de service.
