Expert téléphonie - Alcatel - Rennes -Expert téléphonie - Alcatel Rennes Au sein de l'équipe Workplace, vous serez en charge de : Traiter les incidents/alertes techniques, • Intervenir auprès des utilisateurs sur le traitement d'incidents et gérer les demandes de service , • Administrer, adapter et maintenir les environnements informatiques , • Créer, modifier, faire évoluer les modes opératoires et procédures après validation par la hiérarchie , • Vérifier le bon fonctionnement avec les autres briques techniques et fonctionnelles, • Mettre en production les nouvelles ressources : installer, configurer les équipements informatiques, • Développer et mettre en œuvre des automatisations de traitements informatiques, • Gérer le niveau de performance, les disponibilités, capacités et obsolescences des environnements techniques, • Assurer le déploiement des patchs de sécurité, la mise en surveillance des services et équipements informatiques, • Préconiser des solutions sur les évolutions techniques sur son expertise technique, • Contribuer aux projets internes ou transverses de l’entreprise, • Anticiper et proposer des scenarios d’évolutions et intégrer les solutions techniques , • Participer à l’estimation de la complexité à faire des futurs travaux à réaliser et à l’identification des tâches nécessaires à la réalisation des user stories, • Réalise les différentes documentations d’exploitation, procédure, référentiel, et maintien à jour de la CMDB pour les produits gérer par sa Squad, • Proposer et mettre en œuvre des solutions permettant d'améliorer la qualité et fiabilité des paramétrages exposés lors de MEP selon les règles – respect d’application des processus, • S'approprie les bonnes pratiques agiles et contribue à les faire évoluer régulièrement, • Contribue à l’analyse des besoins, conçoit une solution technique et réalise/participe à l’implémentation de cette solution, • Gère le niveau de performance, les disponibilités, capacités et obsolescences des environnements techniques administration réseaux alcatel workplace TÉLÉPHONIE

Vous serez un acteur clé dans la sécurisation des infrastructures et l’optimisation des politiques de sécurité. Vos principales responsabilités : Installation et déploiement : Mise en œuvre de la solution Forescout et intégration avec les systèmes existants. Configuration : Paramétrage des politiques de sécurité et optimisation des configurations. MCO : Supervision, maintenance, mises à jour et résolution des incidents techniques. Support : Formation des utilisateurs et rédaction de documentations techniques.
