Notre client recherche un SDM / Team Leader pour piloter les opérations et garantir le respect des engagements de services auprès d’un compte stratégique. Vous serez garant de la qualité, de la performance et du bon delivery des prestations, tout en contribuant au développement commercial du périmètre. Vos missions : * Manager les équipes de techniciens proximité & Helpdesk * Piloter les opérations projet et garantir l’atteinte des objectifs * Suivre et optimiser les budgets et la rentabilité des activités * Assurer la communication avec le/les clients (COPIL, bilans…) * Comprendre & anticiper les besoins clients pour proposer des solutions adaptées * Identifier et développer les opportunités business au sein du contrat * Fournir les rapports de performance et indicateurs de service * Produire les reportings d’activité réguliers (interne & client)

The IT Systems Administration team: The role is responsible for ensuring the monitoring, maintenance and management of databases, application services and servers key to the business operation. As a Team Leader, you will manage the day to day running of the team including resource allocation, ensure maintenance activities are performed in line with our procedural mandates and improve execution through continuous improvement.
