Required Qualifications: • Proven experience in technology-powered products and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery in an Agile framework. • Proven experience leading teams with diverse backgrounds in a technical organization. • Experience creating technical roadmap(s) from conception to launch, driving product vision, defining go-to-market strategy, and leading design discussions. • Experience in defining, developing, and maintaining platform-level scaled product solutions with diverse set of stakeholders and competing priorities between common-capabilities and specific internal-partner needs. • Experience in leading and executing cross functional deliverables between product lines. • Strong technical aptitude and proactively work with engineering teams to make sure best practices & NFRs are met. • Strong communication skills and ability to influence leaders and multiple stakeholders with and without direct authority. • Experience defining and tracking product OKRs that measure outcomes rather than outputs • Presentation skills and experience presenting to medium sized groups. • Ability to work within a highly regulated and competing environment, preferably healthcare technology. • Ability to identify, understand, and drive resolution of complex critical issues. • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
