La réforme de l’e-invoicing et de l’e-reporting, applicable au 1er septembre 2026, impose aux entreprises d’accepter les factures électroniques de tiers et de transmettre en temps réel leurs données de chiffre d’affaires aux autorités fiscales. Le projet Invoiceo vise à garantir la conformité du groupe à ces obligations légales tout en transformant cette contrainte en opportunité : modernisation et fiabilisation des processus financiers, amélioration de la qualité des données et renforcement de l’efficacité opérationnelle à l’échelle des BU. Pour accompagner ce programme stratégique et assurer l’adoption des nouvelles pratiques dans chaque Business Unit, nous recrutons un Change Manager dédié, rattaché à l’équipe Change Management. Votre mission consistera à : 1. Définir et piloter la stratégie de Change Management du projet Construire et formaliser la stratégie de conduite du changement du programme (parties prenantes, impacts, trajectoire d’adoption, risques).
