L'équipe Software Factory Infrastructure est une équipe IT dédiée, en charge de déployer et maintenir cette solution applicative et son infrastructure. Description L'objectif de la mission est de renforcer l'équipe sur les actions courantes qui sont les suivantes : La gestion du cycle de vie des solutions La documentation et le référencement de chaque changement dans les outils Participer au développement continu de la plateforme de Monitoring (PRTG). Contribuer à notre dynamique d'Infrastructure as a Code via Ansible Automation Platform. Participer à l'automatisation des tâches récurrentes. Assurer la MCO de l'ensemble des services (applications et infrastructure). Contribuer aux divers espaces documentaires. Monter en compétence sur les diverses applications afin de pouvoir accompagner fonctionnellement nos utilisateurs. Environnement technique Infrastructure : VMWare, Ansible, Kubernetes, Ubuntu, Fortigate, VMware Advanced Network Load Balancer, Zerto, PostgreSQL, … IT Tooling : ELK, PRTG, Crowd, Landscape, Kibana, … Applications : Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, Sonarqube, Artifactory, Blackduck Compétences requises Maitrise des concepts DevOps et GitOps Maitrise de l'administration de système Linux Ubuntu Maitrise des environnements de virtualisation (VMWare & Azure) Maitrise des outils d' « Infrastructure as a Code » (Ansible, Terraform) Maitrise du réseau (Fortinet), Load Balancing, VLAN Expérience avérée en mise en œuvre et gestion d'outils de containerisation (K8S) Connaissance des outils de gestion de log (ELK) et de Monitoring (PRTG) Connaissance en base de données (PostgreSQL) Capacité de planifier et mettre en œuvre Capacité à comprendre et analyser avant d'agir Capacité à prendre en charge le support de ses solutions Connaissance de Git et Jenkins Connaissance d'au moins un langage de programmation (Python) Anglais courant à l'oral et à l'écrit Savoir parler chinois (mandarin) est un plus

Senior SAP CRM Support Consultant – Long-Term Mission Our important client is currently looking for a Senior SAP CRM Support Consultant for a long-Term contract based in Brussels. Onsite presence required to be discussed with candidate at an agreed frequency (no full remote). I’m currently looking for an experienced Senior SAP CRM Support Consultant to join a major organisation undergoing a significant transformation of its CRM and digital landscape. In this role, you will be a key player in the evolution, support, and continuous improvement of the SAP CRM application and its various interfaces. You’ll also contribute to an upcoming transformation program moving processes to SAP Sales Cloud & Service Cloud Version 2 and S/4HANA, supporting a parallel run between the current and future landscapes. 🔧 Key Responsibilities Provide end-to-end functional and technical support within SAP CRM. Handle incidents, diagnose issues, design solutions, and prepare functional & technical specifications. Perform SAP CRM customizing and manage integrations involving PI, CPI, BDocs, IDocs, and connections with other SAP systems. Work closely with process leads, key users, and CRM team members to ensure quality delivery of change requests, enhancements, and bug fixes. Contribute best practices, innovative ideas, and insights to improve the application and user experience. Support testing activities: unit, integration, regression. Play a critical role in the future shERPa transformation program, collaborating with the implementation partner to synchronize old and new landscapes. Profile & Evaluation Criteria Master’s degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years of hands-on SAP CRM experience , including activity within the last 3 years. Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in translating functional requirements into technical implementations. Experience working with offshore teams is a plus. Agile/sprint experience in an ADMS context is a plus. Customizing & maintaining SAP CRM (CRM WebUI, CRM Sales/Service/Marketing modules). Integration expertise (SAP PI, SAP CPI) and middleware skills. SAP OData, Fiori, SAP BRF+ (plus). Solid ABAP debugging knowledge. Knowledge of SAP ECC and Convergent Invoicing (FICA) is a plus. Experience with ServiceNow and Jira (plus). Strong communication skills and ability to liaise directly with business stakeholders. Able to work both independently and as an enthusiastic team player.
