Context An international fast-growing company based in Barcelona is currently structuring its HR tools at a European level. As part of this initiative, the client is looking to implement Workday Recruiting from scratch, replacing their current ATS, with strong integration needs within an existing Workday environment. Mission Objective Deliver a full end-to-end implementation of Workday Recruiting, with a strong functional and configuration focus, to structure and optimize recruitment processes. Scope Configuration of the Workday Recruiting module Design of Business Processes: Job Requisitions Applications Offers Setup of the Career Site Workflow structuring HR reporting Integration with existing modules (Workday HCM, Absence) Knowledge transfer to internal teams Potential extension on: Workforce Management (Scheduling / Labour Optimization) Environment Workday (HCM already implemented) International context Close collaboration with HR / Talent Acquisition teams Team Setup The consultant will work closely with: An internal Workday team Talent Acquisition teams (key users) Logistics Location: Barcelona Remote possible (to be discussed) Start: ASAP Full-time mission Initial short-term engagement with potential extension Conditions Daily rate: €460/day Full-time commitment expected Selection Criteria Proven experience on Workday Recruiting from scratch Ability to deliver quickly and independently Understanding of HR business processes Pragmatic, delivery-oriented mindset
