Missions principales : En tant que Technicien Support Utilisateur / Confirmé vous auriez comme missions : • Assurer le traitement et la résolution des incidents ainsi que des demandes de service utilisateurs. • Intervenir sur les environnements postes de travail Microsoft (Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365). • Assurer le support de proximité et l'accompagnement des utilisateurs au quotidien. • Participer aux projets de déploiement de matériels et logiciels. • Participer aux opérations de déménagement et d'installation des postes de travail. • Intervenir sur les problématiques réseaux de premier niveau (switchs, VLAN, bornes Wi-Fi). • Réaliser des interventions de câblage, brassage et aménagement des postes de travail et baies informatiques. • Assurer le suivi des incidents et demandes via les outils de ticketing. • Produire des comptes rendus d'intervention clairs et assurer le reporting d'activité. • Participer à la rédaction et à l'amélioration des procédures techniques. • Garantir le respect des procédures et assurer une qualité de service optimale auprès des utilisateurs. • Effectuer des déplacements ponctuels sur les différents sites clients avec un véhicule mis à disposition. Nous sommes à la recherche d'un poste d'administrateur/ingénieur système plutôt sur les technologies Microsoft. D'un niveau minimum bac +4 avec 5 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire. Avec une écoute, une force de travail en équipe, de la pédagogie, et des capacités d'adaptation reconnues. Maîtrisant les technologies Microsoft ( Windows Server, PowerShell, Active Directory, GPO, Exchange/O365 ), VMWare ( VCenter, ESX ), Rubrik Backup, l'automatisation via Ansible/AWX, et avec de bonnes connaissances sur les environnements Cloud Azure.

They are looking to recruit an IT Support Analyst with at least 5 plus years hands-on expertise of working within IT Support and Infrastructure. The following are list of skills required for the position: · Microsoft Windows (all versions) experience to a high level (troubleshoot and effectively resolve issues by research/using knowledge bases in a confident way). · Active Directory to a high level - security groups, administration/deployment, LDAP, ADSI. · Citrix XenApps – Administration, Maintenance and Support of existing Citrix XenApps server farm · Windows Server Environment 2012/2016 - design, deployment, maintenance and support. · VM-Ware virtualisation environments. · Backups (various and ability to use different applications). · Networking - design/troubleshoot/installation (VLAN, routing, switching, TCP/IP and OSI) · Router maintenance - wireless configuration, installation and setups. · PowerShell to a competent level (backup/azure/EMC). · VPN Administration and Deployment. · DNS – administration of DNS internal and external. The salary for this position with be circa £45K - £55K. This is a hybrid position and you will be required to be in the office at least 3 days a week. Project Manager with Data Centre Move - City Our Client is looking to recruit a Project Manager with extensive hands-on expertise in moving a company from one building to another. You must have at least Project Management expertise and 3 to 5 years experience of moving the data centre and infrastructure carefully and efficiently. You will be required to project plan, conduct feasibility of the data centre move and then put the plan in to action. Must be someone who has been through the full life cycle from start to finish as a Project Manager. You will be involved with project planning and delivering the hardware and software moves stake holders and with senior management. The Client uses Microsoft Windows for the business and you must therefore have expert knowledge of this and including some of the following: Must have experience of the following as a minimum: Active Directory and SCCM server management.
