Contexte Le client, acteur du secteur assurantiel, fait évoluer son fonctionnement en mode Agile à l'échelle et souhaite renforcer son dispositif avec un(e) pilote transverse/Scrum of Scrum. La mission s'inscrit dans un environnement multi-produits et multi-équipes (AUTO, MRH, PRO, Comptes Clients, Partenaires, Émission). L'enjeu principal est la maîtrise des adhérences, dépendances et risques entre backlogs, ainsi que l'accompagnement des équipes agiles dans la montée en compétence sur ces sujets, en particulier sur la verticale AUTO qui regroupe deux produits et deux équipes à coordonner. They are now looking to grow their software development team and are looking to recruit a C# .net Software Developer. You will have at least 5 to 7 years expertise in developing complex software with C#. A strong mathematical background would be advantageous but not required.
