Contexte Le client, acteur du secteur assurantiel, fait évoluer son fonctionnement en mode Agile à l'échelle et souhaite renforcer son dispositif avec un(e) pilote transverse/Scrum of Scrum. La mission s'inscrit dans un environnement multi-produits et multi-équipes (AUTO, MRH, PRO, Comptes Clients, Partenaires, Émission). L'enjeu principal est la maîtrise des adhérences, dépendances et risques entre backlogs, ainsi que l'accompagnement des équipes agiles dans la montée en compétence sur ces sujets, en particulier sur la verticale AUTO qui regroupe deux produits et deux équipes à coordonner. Rôle et responsabilités principales Préparer, planifier et animer les Release Plannings trimestriels Accompagner les Product Owners et Scrum Masters dans la préparation des Release Plannings Piloter et suivre les adhérences, dépendances et risques sur l'ensemble des backlogs concernés Mettre en place un outil de représentation visuelle des adhérences/dépendances/risques et en assurer la mise à jour régulière Assurer le suivi budgétaire des verticales Produit (AUTO, MRH, PRO, Comptes Clients) et convertir les points d'effort en jours/homme Accompagner la Scrum of Scrum dans sa montée en compétence sur le pilotage des adhérences/dépendances/risques au sein de la verticale AUTO Livrables attendus Planning des Releases préparé et animé (fréquence trimestrielle) Outil de représentation visuelle des adhérences, dépendances et risques, maintenu à jour Suivi budgétaire consolidé par verticale Produit avec conversion points d'effort → jours/homme Support de montée en compétence pour la Scrum of Scrum sur la verticale AUTO

ContexteDans le cadre de programmes de transformation digitale, notre client accompagne la migration et l'évolution de son SI vers SAP S/4HANA Retail. Vous intervenez au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire pour accompagner les métiers dans la définition de leurs besoins, la conception des processus cibles et le déploiement des solutions SAP. Vous êtes un interlocuteur privilégié des équipes métiers et IT tout au long du cycle de vie des projets, depuis le cadrage jusqu'à la mise en production. MissionsParticiper aux phases de cadrage fonctionnel et recueillir les besoins des métiers. Animer des ateliers de conception (workshops) avec les parties prenantes. Analyser l'existant, identifier les écarts (Fit/Gap) et proposer des solutions adaptées. Concevoir et challenger les processus métiers afin d'optimiser les pratiques opérationnelles. Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles et assurer leur validation. Paramétrer les modules SAP concernés et accompagner les équipes techniques lors des développements spécifiques. Participer aux campagnes de tests (unitaires, intégration, UAT) et accompagner la recette métier. Assurer le support fonctionnel lors des phases de déploiement et de conduite du changement. Coordonner les échanges entre les équipes métiers, les équipes techniques et les partenaires. Contribuer au développement commercial en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités et en entretenant une relation de confiance avec les clients. Participer aux avant-ventes, réponses aux appels d'offres et présentations de solutions SAP.

C# .net Developer – Insurance Our Client is an insurance underwriter in the City of London. They are now looking to grow their software development team and are looking to recruit a C# .net Software Developer. You will have at least 5 to 7 years expertise in developing complex software with C#. A strong mathematical background would be advantageous but not required. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Expert in C# Development coupled with Java/jQuery Web development Web API, CSS. You will have solid SQL Server experience (stored procedures, table design and some maintenance). Microsoft Office including VBA and advanced skills in Excel and HTML/IIS. Develop and support applications using Visual Studio and other Products where appropriate. The salary for this role will be up to £50K – for the right candidate maybe slightly higher for exceptional candidates. Deskptop Support Analyst Key Accountabilities: Assisting with overseeing the security aspects of the company / project IT set-up including websites that may be hosted internally or externally. Liaison with potential and confirmed collaborators and their IT support partners / staff in coming into and operating within the Manufacturing centre. Proactive assistance with the systems implementations projects to assist with a smooth implementation and roll out. Ensuring that all IT assets are properly controlled and software is correctly licensed and that acceptable service levels are maintained across all systems. Dealing with hardware issues, desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices both in person and remotely. Providing Desktop/Laptop support including the following technologies: Microsoft Office 365 products – Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Internet Explorer, Windows 7, desktops, laptops, printers, networked copiers and others as assigned.
