Vous intégrerez une équipe en charge des services de mobilité et serez le référent technique sur les solutions de gestion des terminaux mobiles (MDM/UEM), avec une forte expertise attendue sur VMware Workspace ONE. Votre rôle sera de garantir la disponibilité, la sécurité, les performances et l'évolution des services de mobilité destinés aux collaborateurs, qu'ils soient sur site ou en situation de mobilité. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes infrastructures, sécurité, support, les métiers, les fournisseurs ainsi que les infogérants afin d'assurer une vision globale et une qualité de service optimale. Vos missions En tant que Mobile Services Technical Manager, vous serez responsable du pilotage technique et opérationnel des services de mobilité. À ce titre, vous serez amené à : Pilotage des services mobilitéPiloter les services de mobilité de bout en bout. Garantir la disponibilité, la performance et la sécurité des solutions mobiles. Assurer le maintien en conditions opérationnelles des plateformes de mobilité. Veiller au respect des niveaux de services (SLA). Expertise technique Workspace ONEAdministrer et faire évoluer la plateforme Workspace ONE. Assurer l'expertise technique sur les solutions MDM/UEM. Participer à la conception et à l'évolution des architectures de mobilité. Contribuer aux projets de transformation et d'amélioration des services. Gestion des incidentsAssurer la prise en charge des incidents complexes de niveau 3. Piloter les incidents majeurs et participer aux cellules de crise. Réaliser les analyses de causes racines. Définir et suivre les plans d'actions correctifs. Gestion des servicesTraiter les demandes de services liées à la mobilité. Maintenir et faire évoluer le catalogue de services. Garantir la qualité des services rendus aux utilisateurs. Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus. Coordination transverseTravailler en collaboration avec les équipes Infrastructure, Réseau, Sécurité et Digital Workplace. Coordonner les actions avec les fournisseurs et les infogérants. Être l'interlocuteur privilégié des équipes métiers sur le périmètre mobilité. Participer aux projets transverses liés aux environnements End User Workplace. Documentation et gouvernanceRédiger et maintenir la documentation technique et opérationnelle. Mettre à jour les procédures d'exploitation. Produire les rapports d'activité. Participer au suivi des indicateurs de performance et à l'amélioration des services. Veille technologiqueAssurer une veille permanente sur les technologies de mobilité. Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration. Être force de proposition sur les évolutions techniques et fonctionnelles.
