A Security Solution Architect is required for an initial 2 month contract which is likely to extend. This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week on site in Sheffield and is inside ir35 so will require working via an FCSA accredited umbrella company. Role Description: Our client is working on a strategic Identity and Access Management programme and is re-shaping the way Authentication, Federation, Privileged Access Management, Access Governance, Secrets Management and API Security is done across the organisation. One of the pillars of that programme is Privileged Access Management (PAM). They are working on uplifting controls and capabilities in privileged access for the Group and introducing the strategic password vaulting solution that will enable to meet strategic requirements. We are seeking an experienced Security Solution Architect that can complement an existing team of Solution Architects to progress with designs of different components of the PAM solution and other supporting systems it will need to integrate with as part of the end-to-end journey. Key skills and experience: Cybersecurity Expertise: *Experience as a Solution Architect with knowledge of identity & access management, and especially PAM. *Strong experience documenting High-Level and Low-Level designs. *Broad background across information technology with the ability to communicate clearly with non-security technical SMEs at a comfortable level. *Experience working in large-scale IT transformation programmes. *Experience working with PAM solutions such as CyberArk, Centrify, Delinea / Thycotic and OneIdentity. Qualifications & Certifications: *CISSP/CISM certification or other broad cybersecurity industry-recognised certificate. Platform & Technology: *BizzDesign, Archi, or generic UML visualisation experience for high-level designs. *Working proficiency in Jira for project & tasks management. *Working proficiency in Confluence for documentation. We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Test Lead to ensure readiness for go-live by coordinating with business and project stakeholders, leading on testing strategy, communications and plan, and supporting hands-on with local offices. The system is designed of two main components, data management and incentive management. As a system that supports commercial enterprise, it is comprised of complex calculations, data extractions and transfers by APIs. The rollout is European wide and strives for standardisation, although there will be nuance to each region. The requirement here is for the successful consultant to support the testing of data solutions rather than interfaces. Key Responsibilities: Own and manage the full testing lifecycle from scope definition to execution. Develop and execute test plans, test scripts, and test scenarios across modular, composable architectures. Coordinate UAT and training activities across European offices. Engage with project and business teams to align testing with operational needs. Review legacy and new systems to ensure seamless transition. Facilitate meetings with senior stakeholders. Support defect management in collaboration with third party suppliers. Experience & Skills: Strong grasp of complex systems and ability to quickly absorb new information. Experience in manual and automated test environments. Comfortable working across multiple European locations and cultures. Familiarity with SAP, Snowflake, and modular architecture templates. Deskptop Support Analyst Key Accountabilities: Assisting with overseeing the security aspects of the company / project IT set-up including websites that may be hosted internally or externally. Experience of working within a technical support position, covering Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer and various business applications within a fast-paced business environment. Proven experience of 1st/2nd and 3rd line infrastructure support. Knowledge of multiple desktop programs, configuration and debugging techniques, VoIP telephony systems, Mobile phone support, network technologies. Project management skills, including the ability to effectively deploy resources and manage multiple projects of diverse scopes in a cross-functional environment. Knowledge / Skills / Competencies: Highly motivated, pragmatic and practical with a strong work ethic and eye for detail with good problem resolution, judgement and decision making skills. Able to evaluate complex situations and find solutions for them in a professional manner. Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks and prioritize workload with attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to successfully work both independently and effectively within a team. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technology solutions to non-technology internal client base. A good team player, with strong organisational skills. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field; or equivalent work experience. The position is based in Stevenage.
