Responsibilities & Outcomes ________________________________________ The Implementation Manager is responsible for the following: * Work with Customer Project Manager to ensure all site builds are correctly instructed * Ensure all Customer PO cover and ASP PO cover is in place before work commences at site level * Conducting initial site gating meetings with the ASP and conducting thorough review of site level drawings to ensure the site level drawing and planned site build are both achievable and safe in line with the company and customer local and global Health and Safety policies and Guidelines * Responsible for Health and Safety management through the site planning and site execution phase. Requirements include, but not limited to; review initial site level drawing upon build instruction to ensure site is safe to access and build, review of CPHSP/CPP, RAMs, and any other Health and Safety documentation and manage accordingly with the support of the Health and Safety team. * WIP management - accurate forecasting, timely hardware processing and notifying logistics of any necessary WIP returns * Working with the company On The Day (OTD) team to support the site execution phase, support to resolve any in-phase issues such as access, transmission or logistics issues * Acceptance - continue to work with the assigned ASP, OTD team to manage sites successfully through the build phase to ensure site is completed Right First Time (RFT) and ensure timely cash collection for the company and the ASPs. In the event there are issues related to quality, the Build Delivery Manager is expected to clear those issue with the support of the necessary functions * Data - The Implementation Manager is held accountable to their Project Data. The Technical Site Deployment Lead leads transition and activation for deployment of data center nodes across multiple customer sites. These nodes are based on VMware Software-Defined Data Center (SDDC) architectures and will be remotely installed and configured via automation onto existing green field physical infrastructure.
