L'objectif est de permettre une meilleure compréhension des comportements, des usages et des parcours utilisateurs, mais aussi d'améliorer la communication avec les clients en affinant leur segmentation et leur ciblage. Dans ce cadre, cette entreprise recherche une prestation en Analytics Engineering afin de cadrer, structurer, fiabiliser et valoriser ces données au service des data products Client Data et des équipes métiers. Le prestataire interviendra comme référent technico-fonctionnel data du périmètre : au carrefour des enjeux métier, produit et techniques, il devra apporter une lecture experte des données disponibles, de leur qualité, de leurs limites et de leur potentiel d'usage. MissionsObjectifs de la prestation Structurer des datasets orientés connaissance client, vision client unifiée et parcours utilisateurs. Contribuer à la construction et à l'amélioration continue des data products Client Data. Garantir la fiabilité, la cohérence, la traçabilité et la réutilisabilité des données produites. Cadrage et définition des data products Client Accompagner la qualification des besoins et des cas d'usage liés à la connaissance client, aux parcours utilisateurs, à la segmentation et aux usages digitaux. Analyser les données disponibles, leurs limites, leur qualité et leur potentiel d'usage afin d'orienter la définition du produit data. Challenger les besoins métier et produit pour proposer des solutions data robustes, réalistes, maintenables et réutilisables. Définir, formaliser et faire valider les KPI client, parcours ou usages, en garantissant leur cohérence fonctionnelle et technique. 3.2. Ownership des modèles de données analytiques Client Concevoir, faire évoluer et maintenir des modèles de données analytiques cœur du périmètre Client Data. Transformer les données brutes ou intermédiaires en datasets fiabilisés, exploitables et réutilisables par plusieurs équipes ou cas d'usage. Garantir la cohérence des règles métier, du naming, de la documentation et des conventions de modélisation. 3.3. Qualité, validation et fiabilité des données Définir les contrôles de qualité attendus sur les datasets cœur : cohérence, complétude, fraîcheur, stabilité des métriques, intégrité et conformité des règles métier. Valider, avec le Product Owner et les parties prenantes concernées, les données livrées par les Data Engineers avant leur mise à disposition produit. Identifier, investiguer et contribuer à la correction des anomalies data, en recherchant les causes racines. Collaboration technico-fonctionnelle avec les Data Engineers Traduire les besoins produit complexes en exigences data exploitables par les Data Engineers. Challenger les choix de structuration des pipelines lorsqu'ils ont un impact sur la qualité, la maintenabilité ou la réutilisabilité des données. Contribuer aux décisions de structuration entre modèle source, modèle intermédiaire et modèle exposé au métier. Gouvernance, documentation et lineage Porter la documentation des modèles, règles métier, KPI et datasets exposés aux équipes métier. Collaborer avec les Data Domain Owners et les équipes Gouvernance sur la qualité, le lineage, la qualification et la lisibilité des données. Préparer l'intégration des datasets au Data Catalog en garantissant leur traçabilité et leur niveau de confiance.
