Senior Backend Developer with C# .net Working as part of the Digital team, you'll be responsible for the ongoing development and improvements to an eCommerce website as well as other internal applications for this award-winning Travel Company. You will be responsible for: Leading the eCommerce web and application development from a technical perspective Collaborating with the front end developer and design resource to deliver improved UI & UX A problem solver - you'll need to be able to analyse and suggest improvements to existing website features Analysing and identifying ways to automate processes working alongside the business lead Implementing automated regression testing for the software developed Skills and Experience: Excellent working knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, React Framework, MS SQL Server, Mongo DB, Elasticsearch Understanding of SOLID development principles Worked previously on projects using the Umbraco CMS Continuous Delivery skills, tools and techniques (e.g. Git, Github, Team City, Octopus, Jenkins, Selenium, etc.) Familiar with Azure cloud services & setting up/managing resources/deploying apps Familiar with JIRA and Confluence Capable of working with (and developing) multiple (REST) APIs documented with e.g. OpenAPI/swagger and other API messaging formats e.g. JSON, XML, SOAP Experience of PowerBI, PowerQuery and R Experience of structured testing and quality assurance approaches (e.g. Test Driven Development and Behaviour Driven Development) A positive and cooperative individual who will work effectively across departments and within a team Worked in an agile/Kanban environment and familiar with JIRA and confluence Not afraid to challenge existing thinking in order to improve processes The Client will consider candidates with solid Backend development skills without Umbraco. The salary for this role will be in the range £55K to £80K per year depending on experience. The Client is based in Central London and this role will be working remotely. Préparation des arrêtés comptables Le consultant sera responsable de la préparation des arrêtés comptables des fonds dont il aura la charge. À ce titre, il devra notamment : · Mettre en place et suivre le calendrier de valorisation avec les interlocuteurs concernés. · Assurer les relances nécessaires afin de garantir la disponibilité des informations dans les délais impartis. · Mettre en œuvre un processus d'escalade en cas d'informations manquantes ou de blocages susceptibles d'impacter la production. · Garantir un niveau de qualité élevé tout au long du processus de clôture. 2. Gestion comptable d'un portefeuille de fonds Private Markets Le consultant assurera la gestion comptable d'un portefeuille de fonds Private Equity, Real Estate et Private Debt. Les principales responsabilités comprendront : · Enregistrer l'ensemble des mouvements titres et cash. · Comptabiliser les corrections et appliquer les opérations sur titres (OST) à leur date d'effet. · Créer les valeurs non réglementées, notamment les immeubles et titres de participation. · Rapprocher les positions et traiter les suspens avec le conservateur et le gestionnaire du passif sur les différentes classes d'actifs : cash, titres, parts, futures, options et produits OTC. · Assurer le suivi et l'enregistrement des frais de gestion manuels fixes. · Contrôler les valeurs liquidatives des portefeuilles sous responsabilité. · Assurer le suivi et la justification des cours utilisés pour les valorisations. · Préparer les dossiers d'arrêtés et de clôture destinés aux commissaires aux comptes et au dépositaire. · Alimenter les indicateurs de performance (KPI) au fil de l'eau. · Établir les états financiers annuels ainsi que les annexes comptables et les transmettre aux commissaires aux comptes. · Maintenir une relation de qualité avec les différents interlocuteurs, notamment les équipes de gestion, Middle Office et support client. · Répondre avec réactivité aux demandes du management.
