Business Performance duties · Familiarity with core banking systems or financial applications · Provide first/second level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues and working knowledge of VMWare. · Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, Phones/Mobiles and other IT equipment. · Laptop imaging experience needed (WIM USB, MDT, SCCM, Intune, AutoPilot) – Image creation, management and deployments. · Assist in user account management in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Sharepoint, Onedrive, Teams, and banking systems · Networking Fundamentals – DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and LAN/WAN. · Understanding of cybersecurity measures. · Perform routine system backups and assist with disaster recovery operations. · Monitor system performance and report anomalies to senior IT staff · Assist with software updates, patches, and antivirus management. · Exposure to following Fortinet solutions – fortigate, forticlient VPN, Symantec Endpoint Protection & Encryption, Bitlocker, SentinelOne, Cisco Switches, Tenable, Group policy, ManageEngine, Nagios, MFA · Document IT procedures and maintain technical documentation relating to role. Technical/Functional skills - Proficient in common operating systems (Linux – Redhat & Ubuntu, Windows OS – Win10 & 11) - Software proficiency – 0365, Sharepoint and Teams – Banking Applications - Networking (IT) - Proficient in programming languages ​​\u200b\u200b& Automation (g - Project management - Data analysis - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - AV Support - Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals The Client is based in Central London. This is a hybrid role with at least 3 days a week in the office in Central London. The salary for this position will be around £40K - £45K.
