Refonte en profondeur des systèmes d'information, avec pour objectif de migrer l'ensemble du processus Order to Cash. Ce projet mené en mode Agile nécessite le renforcement de l'équipe projet par un profil expert, capable de porter la conception technico-fonctionnelle, d'assurer la cohérence de la solution déployée et de garantir l'adhésion des équipes métiers à chaque étape du projet. Le périmètre projet couvert englobe l'intégrité du processus vente, depuis la prise de commande jusqu'à l'encaissement et le recouvrement, en passant par la facturation, la reconnaissance du chiffre d'affaires, le lettrage et la gestion du recouvrement. Le périmètre inclura également la définition d'une stratégie de migration des contrats historiques dont la facturation et la reconnaissance CA doit être effectuée dans le nouvel outil. Le premier lot du projet sera mis en production le 1er janvier 2027. Son périmètre couvre l'ensemble du processus de vente, la facturation, la reconnaissance du chiffre d'affaires ainsi qu'une partie de la comptabilité clients au sein d'Odoo. Les activités de prélèvement, d'encaissement, et de recouvrement continueront, dans cette première phase, à être réalisées dans les outils historiques (SAP S/4HANA et Sidetrade). À compter du 1er janvier 2028, l'intégrité du processus Order to Cash (O2C) sera opérée dans Odoo. Cette seconde étape inclura également la migration des données associées.
