DV Switchboard Call Handler £250 - £300 per day (Inside IR35) + 6 Month Contract + Immediate Start + Daytime Shifts Westminster, Central London SW1 - Fully Onsite Are you an experienced Call Handler, Switchboard Operator or Communications Operator with DV clearance, or eligibility to obtain it, looking for a six-month contract in Central London? A government client is recruiting two Call Handlers for an immediate start, supporting its communications function within a DV security-cleared environment. This is a non-IT role, handling calls and switchboard enquiries using ICT systems and telephony tools, with an initial onboarding period of a few weeks. You will work five days per week onsite, covering daytime shifts starting at either 07:45 or 10:45. Following onboarding, weekend cover will form part of your five working days each week. The role would suit someone who communicates clearly, delivers strong customer service and remains calm under pressure.
