You will also coordinate third-party suppliers and act as an escalation point between central support teams and site-based colleagues. The territory stretches from Southampton across to Kent and as far north as Cardington, with much of the current activity concentrated around Rainham and the wider Kent area. This is a genuinely field-based role, so you'll need to be comfortable travelling between sites and managing your own workload. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting networks and end-user IT equipment within a multi-site, field-based or operational environment. You will need a full UK driving licence and should be confident working independently, communicating with non-technical colleagues and representing the IT function on site.
