Créer, à la demande, des outils d’aide à l’exploitation et s’appuyer sur les solutions de surveillance pour optimiser la performance. Activités RUN / MCO Assurer le maintien en conditions opérationnelles des infrastructures BDD. Prendre en charge le traitement des incidents et problèmes de votre périmètre, en lien avec les autres équipes de production, et participer aux cellules de crise. Déployer et suivre les traitements standards d’infrastructure et applicatifs . Réaliser les maintenances préventives , identifier les risques et anticiper les besoins en capacité/performance. Participer aux opérations récurrentes de maintien des infrastructures : PRA, tests de restauration, patching, mises à jour… Contribuer à la mise en œuvre des solutions de continuité d’activité ainsi qu’aux tests de résilience. Fournir un support technique N2/N3 aux domaines études et aux équipes infrastructures/sécurité. Documenter les configurations, rédiger les consignes à destination des supports N1/N2. Optimisation & Expertise Garantir le maintien des meilleures performances applicatives sur les bases du périmètre. Participer à l’ optimisation des ressources (CPU, stockage, licences). S’appuyer sur son expertise pour améliorer la robustesse et la qualité du service. Disponibilité & Continuité Participer aux dispositifs d’astreintes (ponctuelles et récurrentes). Intervenir lors d’opérations planifiées en heures non ouvrées .
