En tant que PMO IT / Business, vous accompagnerez le pilotage de la mise en œuvre d’un système de gestion des transports (TMS). Vous assurerez le suivi du portefeuille, du budget et des jalons, incluant la livraison de deux pilotes fonctionnels sur la première année. Votre rôle Gouvernance, méthodologie et standards Définir et maintenir les méthodologies, les modèles et les outils de gestion de projet Suggérer des normes, des outils et des bonnes pratiques pour le PMO et veiller à leur application une fois validés Veiller au respect de la gouvernance, des politiques et des processus de validation par étapes/d'approbation Promouvoir des méthodes de travail cohérentes dans tous les projets informatiques et commerciaux Soutenir les cadres de contrôle des risques, des problèmes et des changements Administrer les outils PPM (par exemple, MS Project Online, Jira, Clarity, etc.) Planification, programmation et suivi des ressources Aider à l'élaboration et à la mise à jour des plans de projet, des jalons et des dépendances Coordonner les calendriers inter-projets et l'alignement des ressources Consolider les mises à jour de statut des chefs de projet Suivre le budget, le calendrier, la portée et la réalisation des bénéfices Risques, changements et contrôle Tenir à jour des registres centraux pour les risques, les problèmes et les décisions Assurer le suivi des escalades, des mesures d'atténuation et des résolutions Coordonner les évaluations d'impact pour les demandes de modification et de changement Aider le chef de projet commercial à suivre la réalisation de la valeur, y compris le suivi des économies attendues Communication et reporting Produire des rapports, des tableaux de bord et des indicateurs de performance standardisés pour les parties prenantes Organiser des comités de pilotage et des réunions de gouvernance Préparer les dossiers de réunion, les procès-verbaux et les registres d'actions Gérer la communication du projet en collaboration avec le responsable du changement
