Missions principales Support utilisateurs (Niveau 1 & 2) Assurer l’assistance aux utilisateurs en proximité et à distance Prendre en charge les incidents et demandes via l’outil de ticketing Diagnostiquer, qualifier et résoudre les incidents matériels et logiciels Escalader les incidents complexes vers les équipes concernées (N3) Gestion des postes de travail et périphériques Installer, configurer et maintenir les postes de travail (PC, laptops) Gérer les équipements mobiles (smartphones, tablettes) Installer et dépanner les imprimantes et périphériques Déployer les environnements utilisateurs (master, profils, accès) Environnement systèmes & réseaux Intervenir sur les problématiques liées à Windows 10 Gérer les comptes utilisateurs et droits d’accès via Active Directory Support sur les environnements VDI Participer au maintien en condition opérationnelle du poste de travail Documentation & procédures Rédiger et mettre à jour les procédures d’exploitation et de support Capitaliser sur les incidents récurrents et bonnes pratiques
