IT Infrastructure Systems Engineer - 12 months - Brussels Our important client is currently looking for an IT Infrastructure Systems Engineer for a 12-month contract based in Brussels. Hybrid role with 2 days on site per week. The candidate must be able to install, configure and troubleshoot Windows and Azure systems, integrated with other IT components, with stability and service continuity as key factors of success. He/she must also be able to configure and review monitoring of such components, to maintain supportability, stability, and performance. IT Infrastructure team also ensures the highest level of support, and oversees coordination, analysis, follow-up and resolution of incidents and problems. Support will be given in person or by coordination of internal and external partners. Tasks After a short period of onboarding, the candidate will be responsible for Windows systems. This includes the tasks below: Install and configure (Windows and Azure, Linux and OpenShift is an asset); Support and maintain server systems (Windows and Azure, Linux and ESX is an asset); Monitor systems; Manage firewall requests; Manage DNS and DHCP requests; Upgrade and security patching (Windows and Linux); Follow-up open incidents and changes; Assist IT colleagues in meetings, specifically in the scope of Windows systems; Write documentation and procedures; Follow-up existing procedures; Translate technical language to be able to support customers; Understand interfaces/flows between systems; Automate deployment of scripts and software; Manage external partners (contact for incidents, changes, escalations) and internal partners; Profile The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience of Windows systems. The candidate must: Have good analysis and troubleshooting capabilities to quickly solve problems; Be able to coordinate and plan changes and small projects; Be precise in changes and incidents and perform a regular follow-up; Being certified is a plus; Certifications in the following technologies (Windows, Azure, OpenShift, GIT, Ansible, Fortigate…) are bonus assets; Be assertive in relation with IT colleagues and business end users, with respect for ideas, skills and interests of all involved people; Be able to stay efficient under pressure, and stay flexible with priorities reordering; Be able to make the technical translation to customers; Have good communication skills; Be comfortable with Microsoft Office suite, diagraming software and techniques; Being fluent in spoken and written French and English is mandatory. Vous intégrerez l’équipe SRE composée d’une vingtaine d’experts spécialisés en architecture et automatisation cloud (Terraform, OpenShift, Helm, Kubernetes). L’équipe est responsable du provisionnement et de la supervision des environnements hors-production et production. Mission En tant que Scrum Master Senior , vous interviendrez sur la coordination de 30 à 35 personnes , réparties en plusieurs squads. Votre rôle sera d’assurer la bonne application des méthodologies agiles, de fluidifier le delivery et de soutenir l’amélioration continue de l’organisation. Vous travaillerez en collaboration étroite avec le management SRE, les développeurs et l’ensemble des parties prenantes. Responsabilités Animation Agile & Cadence Équipe Mise en place, animation et optimisation des cérémonies agiles (Scrum, Scrumban…). Coaching des équipes dans l’adoption des pratiques agiles adaptées au contexte SRE/Cloud. Facilitation & Coordination Faciliter les travaux quotidiens et lever les obstacles. Gestion de la coordination entre plusieurs squads (30–35 collaborateurs). Assurer la communication fluide entre équipes techniques et parties prenantes. Suivi & Pilotage Définition et mise en place d’indicateurs, dashboards et outils de suivi. Prévision des activités et planification réaliste à 2–3 mois. Contribution à l’amélioration continue des processus internes. Amélioration Continue Promouvoir les bonnes pratiques d’organisation. Accompagner la montée en compétence des équipes. Identifier les leviers d’optimisation (flux, priorisation, communication…). Profil Recherché Compétences fonctionnelles Solide expérience en tant que Scrum Master (idéalement en environnement cloud ou SRE). Capacité à coordonner plusieurs squads. Excellentes compétences en communication, écoute et gestion de conflits. Forte autonomie, sens de l’organisation, capacité à prioriser. Expérience confirmée avec des équipes de développement logiciel ou produit. Certification Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, ou équivalent) appréciée. Compétences techniques (atouts majeurs) Compréhension des environnements SRE et des principes de fiabilité.
