Travel across the south-west of England is required, with a company van provided for business use. Key Responsibilities: Undertake scheduled maintenance visits to partner sites as required. Provide remote IT and communications support via phone, email and remote tools. Perform infrastructure health checks and preventative maintenance activities. Support Microsoft 365, Windows, networking and end-user technologies. Assist with VoIP, internet connectivity and telephony troubleshooting. Maintain accurate documentation and ticket updates within HaloPSA. Support project delivery, installations and technology refresh programs. Act as Flotek's on-site technical representative and trusted advisor. Travel Requirements: Regular travel to partner locations as required, primarily from the Plymouth office base, using a company-provided van. Full driving license required. Company van provided for business travel. The van is to be used in line with Flotek company vehicle policies. Occasional overnight stays may be required. About you: Essential Skills & Experience: 3+ years in MSP, Infrastructure, IT Support or Field Engineering. Strong Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting skills. Windows desktop and server support experience. Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. Networking fundamentals including switching, wireless, VLANs and firewalls. Excellent communications and documentation skills. Desirable Skills: VoIP and hosted telephony experience. Experience with Gamma, CallSwicth, and Teams Voice or similar platforms. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Infrastructure Officer to lead the management, security, and continuous improvement of our enterprise IT infrastructure. The Senior IT Infrastructure Officer will be playing a key role in ensuring the availability, resilience, and performance of critical systems while supporting technologies across servers, networks, cloud services, cybersecurity, and business-critical financial applications. The candidate must have strong technical expertise in Windows/Linux, VMware, Microsoft 365, networking, cybersecurity, and infrastructure management who also enjoys solving complex challenges and driving operational excellence. Must have 7 years' experience in enterprise infrastructure, ideally within banking or financial services, and be passionate about delivering secure, reliable IT services..
