🎯 Intitulé de la mission Technical Account Manager /Expert Technique Dédié (ETD) – Relation Client, RUN N2 & Infrastructure 🧭 Contexte L’entreprise recherche un Technical Account Manager / Expert Technique Dédié pour assurer le suivi technique d’un portfolio d’environ 15 clients , garantir la qualité de service, piloter les sujets RUN et prendre en charge la communication technique auprès des clients. 🧩 Missions principales💼 Relation & accompagnement client Être l’ interlocuteur technique privilégié du portefeuille de clients (environ 15 comptes). Comprendre les besoins métiers & techniques et proposer les solutions pertinentes. Assurer la communication continue sur les incidents, changements, projets et actions d’amélioration. Fournir un conseil opérationnel sur l’usage des solutions de l’entreprise. 🔧 Gestion d’incidents & RUN (position centrale) Réaliser une première analyse technique RUN avant escalade au RUN N2. Diagnostiquer les incidents liés à : VMware ESX , VMware NSX , concepts réseau (MPLS, SD-WAN), Windows Server (OS & services) , Linux Debian / Ubuntu , systèmes applicatifs (Plesk, pfSense…). Assurer la coordination technique avec les équipes internes pour la résolution. Communiquer auprès des clients lors d’incidents majeurs (points d’étape, actions correctives, REX). 📊 Pilotage MCO & infrastructure Assurer la MCO d’environ 1 200 VM (interne / client). Produire des Dashboard & KPI permettant de suivre la disponibilité, incidents, MCO, évolutions. Veiller à la bonne qualité de service opérationnelle et à la conformité des environnements . 📈 Reporting, KPI & outils décisionnels Responsabilité forte sur PowerBI / PowerApps : Concevoir et maintenir l’ infrastructure technique PowerBI / PowerApps . Gérer les requêtes de données depuis l’ITSM OpenSource. Créer et maintenir des Dashboards / KPI pour le pilotage interne et client. Structurer la documentation technique (DAT, contacts, architecture). 🎁 Les avantages de la mission Rôle central, très exposé, avec impact direct sur la satisfaction client. La mission de Software Asset Management est de contribuer aux revues de compliance software planifiées et ponctuelles, ainsi que d’accompagner les entités IT dans leurs projets nécessitant des usages software. Il est également nécessaire d’appuyer les Achats dans le cadre de mise en place de contrats Software ou de renégociation pour les aspects SAM, et de contribuer à la gestion des demandes d’audit, vis-à-vis des éditeurs et de tous les acteurs Groupe impliqués. Une bonne connaissance des règles de licensing des principaux éditeurs (SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, Opentext, Red Hat, Adobe, Microfocus…) ainsi que des principes d’organisation et des environnements informatiques pour avoir les leviers nécessaires pour réaliser les objectifs fixés dans le cadre de la mission (environnement desktop, Infrastructure, notion de serveur, cluster, virtualisation…) sont nécessaires pour mener à bien la mission, et la maitrise des outils du pack office, en particulier Excel. Environnement anglophone Objectifs de cette mission sont : Suivi des usages de licences et l’évolution des règles de licencing des fournisseurs qui seront assignés pour assurer la cohérence des installations et des droits d’usage (modèle compliance) par rapport aux éléments contractuels et techniques collectés. Appui sur les négociations contractuelles en faisant l'estimation des besoins identifiés et actuels, et realization des relectures critiques des clauses "SAM" des contrats software (definition de métrique, clause d'audit, limitations contractuelles...) Collaboration avec les responsables techniques et SAM de chaque Region et Entité afin d’analyser les inventaires du parc logiciel et coordination des campagnes d'inventaire software Preparation, création, présentation et suivi des rapports d’analyse sur la compliance software et proposition des pistes d’optimisation sur les métriques, les installations techniques et la gestion du parc de licences.
