Définir l’architecture cible (technique, applicative, fonctionnelle et data). Veiller à l’intégration avec le SI existant et au respect des exigences de sécurité. Pilotage des partenaires et gouvernance Piloter un partenaire externe expert en SI industriel. Challenger les propositions en matière d’architecture, de solutions, d’hébergement, de licences et de modèles économiques. Organiser et animer les comités projet et comités de pilotage. Assurer une communication régulière et structurée auprès des parties prenantes. Gestion de projet et delivery Piloter les plannings, budgets, rôles et responsabilités dans le respect des objectifs du programme. Coordonner les contributeurs clés et valider les livrables. Structurer et maintenir la documentation projet. Définir l’organisation cible RUN (profils, compétences, dimensionnement) pour l’exploitation future du SI Industriel. Assurer la coordination générale et le respect des engagements. 3. Coordination des équipes et prestataires Piloter les prestataires externes. Coordonner les contributeurs internes (MOE, MOA, infra, support…). Animer les échanges et fluidifier la communication projet. 4. Animation et reporting Préparer et animer les comités projets. Rédiger les comptes rendus et assurer un reporting régulier et structuré. 5. Gestion des risques et arbitrages Identifier, qualifier et suivre les risques et alertes. Proposer les arbitrages nécessaires à la tenue des objectifs. 6. Recette & Déploiement Accompagner la définition et la rédaction des cahiers de recette. Suivre et coordonner les phases de tests, corrections et validations. Piloter ou accompagner les mises en production. 7. Documentation & Capitalisation Documenter les projets, solutions et processus. Capitaliser les retours d’expérience et proposer des axes d’amélioration. 8. Conformité & Qualité Garantir l’alignement entre la solution retenue et sa mise en œuvre. Project Manager Digital – Communication Interne & Digital Workplace 1. Contexte Dans le cadre d’un programme de transformation digitale à l’échelle d’un grand groupe international , le/la Project Manager Digital interviendra sur des projets stratégiques liés à la communication interne et à la digital workplace . La mission couvre notamment : Le pilotage et l’optimisation des outils digitaux de communication interne (réseau social d’entreprise, outils événementiels internes, plateformes collaboratives). La mise en place et l’évolution de la digital workplace du groupe , incluant : migrations de tenants Microsoft pour de nouvelles entités, optimisation de l’usage pour les entités existantes, intégration de solutions d’IA générative (Copilot), développement et déploiement d’agents métiers de niveau L2/L3. 2. Objectifs Communication interne Déployer et optimiser les outils digitaux afin de renforcer la cohésion interne, la fluidité des échanges et l’efficacité opérationnelle. Digital Workplace Piloter les migrations et optimisations des environnements Microsoft 365 pour les filiales. Pour les entités les plus matures (activités industrielles, logistiques, services) : piloter le déploiement et l’adoption de Copilot, optimiser l’usage des nouvelles fonctionnalités, intégrer et gouverner les agents métiers (L2 / L3). Accompagnement au changement Organiser la formation et le support utilisateurs. Faciliter l’adoption des nouveaux outils et processus. Dans ce cadre, le/la Project Manager supervisera une équipe d’environ 12 consultants externes , répartis sur les différents périmètres fonctionnels. Je recherche pour un de mes clients un PMO/ Project Manager ServiceNow ayant un anglais fluent pour prendre en charge le pilotage global, vous serez Être le point d’entrée principal pour la gestion des cas et incidents, coordonner et animer le réseau/ Admins locaux pour les demandes liées aux plateformes. Mairise de ServiceNow, Confluence, Miro Mission Identifier les irritants et points de friction dans les processus de support actuels (flux ServiceNow, emails, circuits de validation…). Formaliser recommandations d’optimisation (process, outils, organisation) et plan d’actions associé. Piloter la mise en œuvre de ces recommandations et suivre les gains (réduction du temps passé en support & administration, amélioration de la qualité de service). Travailler avec les équipes ServiceNow pour définir, prioriser et mettre en œuvre les évolutions nécessaires (formulaires de demande, workflows, catégorisation, base de connaissances…). Concevoir les formulaires de demandes Owners Platform afin de structurer les tickets, limiter le recours aux emails et fluidifier le traitement. Mettre à jour et rationaliser l’ensemble de la documentation fonctionnelle : Confluence, guides Admin, guides de troubleshooting utilisateurs finaux, SharePoint d’équipe, FAQ in-product, base de connaissances ServiceNow. Concevoir et déployer un plan de formation avec les parties prenantes clés (Admins, Champions, équipes métiers, etc.). Définir les KPI de support et de performance (volume par équipe, type d’incident, temps de résolution, backlog…). Mettre en place des dashboards de suivi (ServiceNow, Excel, Tableau ou autre) pour monitorer l’activité et partager les indicateurs aux équipes Owners Platforms et au management.

Dans le cadre d’un programme stratégique de transformation , nous recherchons un profil PMO afin d’accompagner le Chef de Projet dans la conduite d’un programme stratégique visant à digitaliser et améliorer l’expérience de réservation des clients . Le projet a pour objectif de garantir des confirmations de réservation fluides et instantanées, tout en renforçant la confiance via un cadre contractuel robuste assurant le respect des engagements de réservation. Le candidat idéal dispose d’une solide expérience en gestion de projets, notamment en transformation digitale, et évolue aisément dans des environnements multiculturels et transverses. Responsabilités principales Collaborer avec le Chef de Projet pour assurer le pilotage, l’alignement et la coordination de l’ensemble des phases du projet : conception, mise en œuvre, tests, formation et support au démarrage. Conception de supports d’ateliers interactifs (objectifs, agenda, activités, synthèse). Rédaction de comptes rendus exécutifs des ateliers à destination du management, mettant en avant les décisions clés, axes de travail et prochaines étapes. Modélisation du processus métier cible , validée en comité de pilotage (workflows, rôles, points de contrôle, interfaces). Mise à jour des processus au fil des itérations des ateliers. Structuration d’un plan d’actions orienté impacts court terme, avec priorisation des principaux leviers d’amélioration post-diagnostic. Conception d’un outil de suivi des indicateurs de performance (KPIs) permettant le pilotage continu de l’avancement et des résultats du projet.
