Il intervient tout au long du cycle de test pour vérifier la conformité des solutions aux besoins métiers, détecter les anomalies au plus tôt et sécuriser les mises en production. Positionné au cœur des flux d'intégration, il travaille en collaboration avec les équipes Produit, Développement, Architecture, Production et Métiers afin de garantir le bon fonctionnement des parcours de bout en bout et des échanges entre applications. Principales responsabilités Analyse des besoins • Analyser les spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques. • Identifier les scénarios de validation associés. • Identifier les dépendances entre applications et composants. • Définir les parcours de tests à couvrir ainsi que les risques associés. • Participer à la préparation des campagnes de validation transverse. Préparation des tests • Concevoir les cas de test fonctionnels et techniques. • Préparer les jeux de données nécessaires aux campagnes. • Préparer les environnements de validation. • Alimenter et maintenir le référentiel de tests. • Garantir la traçabilité entre exigences, scénarios et résultats de tests. Exécution des validations • Réaliser les tests fonctionnels. • Exécuter les campagnes de tests d'intégration. • Réaliser les tests de bout en bout (E2E). RESTREINT • Exécuter les campagnes de non-régression. • Contrôler les échanges inter-applications et les flux de données. • Analyser les résultats obtenus. • Produire les comptes-rendus de validation. Gestion des anomalies • Détecter, qualifier et documenter les anomalies. • Réaliser les premiers diagnostics fonctionnels et techniques. • Analyser les logs, traces et échanges applicatifs. • Assurer le suivi des corrections avec les équipes de développement. • Vérifier les correctifs avant clôture. • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des activités de validation. Contribution à l'automatisation • Identifier les scénarios éligibles à l'automatisation. • Participer à l'exécution des campagnes automatisées. • Contribuer à l'enrichissement du référentiel automatisé. • Participer aux revues des résultats automatisés. • Collaborer avec les Automaticiens et Test Leads afin d'améliorer la couverture des tests. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining DataStage pipelines, ensuring the efficient extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from source systems into target data models. Working within a collaborative delivery environment, you will play a key role in data integration, migration, testing, and deployment activities while engaging with stakeholders across technical and business teams. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain DataStage ETL pipelines. * Build robust data integration solutions to support business and project requirements. * Transform, cleanse, and migrate data between complex source and target systems. * Apply MOSAIC or equivalent data migration methodologies to ensure successful project delivery. * Develop and maintain XML and XSLT components for data transformation activities. * Collaborate with architects, analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to define data requirements and solutions. * Utilise Jira for project management, sprint planning, issue tracking, and workflow management. * Perform unit testing, system testing, and defect resolution activities. * Execute and monitor DataStage jobs, ensuring high levels of performance, reliability, and data quality. * Support production releases and provide troubleshooting for data-related issues. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices within the data engineering function. Required Skills & Experience * Strong commercial experience with DataStage Designer and ETL development. * Proven experience designing and maintaining complex DataStage pipelines. * Knowledge of MOSAIC, Data Migration Methodologies, or equivalent data migration frameworks. * Strong experience with XML and XSLT for data transformation and integration. * Practical experience using Jira for project and issue management. * Ability to test solutions, validate data quality, and execute DataStage jobs. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. * Experience working within Agile delivery environments. * Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and learning. Desirable Skills * Experience delivering large-scale data migration programmes. * Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and modern data architectures. * Experience within enterprise-scale transformation programmes. * Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and data lineage principles.
