Dans le cadre de la construction d'un référentiel client nouvelle génération, nous recherchons un(e) Knowledge Graph / AI Engineer capable de concevoir, industrialiser et valoriser un Knowledge Graph centré sur la connaissance client. L'objectif est de construire une vision Customer 360° consolidée à partir de multiples sources de données afin d'alimenter de futurs cas d'usage Data, IA et décisionnels : recommandation, Next Best Action, réduction du churn, assistants IA et GraphRAG. Vous interviendrez au sein d'une équipe Data & AI sur un projet stratégique mêlant Data Engineering, Graph Analytics et Intelligence Artificielle Générative. Mission : Consultant(e) SAP SD – Projet SAP S/4HANA – 6 mois Nous recherchons un(e) Consultant(e) SAP SD confirmé(e) pour accompagner un grand groupe international dans un projet d’envergure autour de SAP S/4HANA. Vous interviendrez sur le déploiement et l’adaptation des fonctionnalités SD, avec un focus sur les spécificités réglementaires de la Pologne (split payment, pre payment). Contexte Rejoignez un programme de transformation majeur en approche greenfield SAP S/4HANA, visant à standardiser et optimiser les processus Finance, Supply Chain, Production et Services pour un acteur industriel international. L’enjeu : améliorer la performance globale via une meilleure maîtrise des coûts, une visibilité accrue sur les flux logistiques et une optimisation des processus/stocks. Votre rôle : Expert AMOA Logistique, interface entre les équipes métiers, les leaders fonctionnels et l’intégrateur, pour challenger les solutions proposées et contribuer à la construction d’un centre d’expertise SAP interne. Missions clés Analyse des écarts (fit/gap) entre besoins métiers et solutions SAP S/4HANA. Revue/validation des processus logistiques (MM, SD, PP, EWM, TM, IBP). Rédaction de FSD (spécifications fonctionnelles détaillées) et documentation des décisions (fit-to-standard vs spécifiques). Pilotage des tests : planification (unitaires, intégration, UAT), suivi des anomalies, support aux utilisateurs. Contribution à la gouvernance : recommandations sur le paramétrage SAP, bonnes pratiques, référentiel interne.
