Our Telecoms client is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join their team. This is a 6 months contract initially and it is outside IR35. This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week working from the office in central London. Key Responsibilities * Serve as the technical authority on ServiceNow architecture, design, and best practices. * Define and drive the overall platform strategy, roadmap, and governance. * Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, and custom applications. * Ensure platform scalability, security, performance, and integrations with other enterprise systems. * Provide technical leadership in solution design workshops, architecture reviews, and governance boards. * Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to align solutions with business objectives. * Mentor and guide ServiceNow developers and administrators on technical best practices. * Stay updated on ServiceNow product releases, marketplace solutions, and industry trends to recommend enhancements. * Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications * Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM and at least 2 other modules (TSOM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps). * Proven expertise in ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Servers, etc.). * Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer) and ServiceNow data model. * Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes and best practices. * Experience designing and implementing CMDB and Discovery. * Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Telecom domain Experience is MUST Preferred Qualifications * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). * ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in multiple modules. * ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). * ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or progress toward certification. * Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies. * Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise IT ecosystems. 3rd Line System Administrator - Juniper or Cisco Must have an Active DV Clearance You will be responsible for incident resolution, system monitoring, infrastructure support, and technical troubleshooting across a broad range of enterprise technologies. The position is ideal for an experienced 2nd or 3rd Line Systems Administrator looking to develop their skills further. Candidates willing to work in Corsham are particularly encouraged to apply, and flexibility on technical experience will be considered. Legacy infrastructure training will be provided where required. 3rd Line System Administrator Responsibilities Provide 2nd and 3rd Line support for secure infrastructure and user services. Monitor systems and respond to incidents through the service management toolset. Configure, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and network faults. Support Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, Exchange, and core infrastructure technologies. Perform user administration, system maintenance, and operational support activities. Analyse Windows log files and diagnose technical issues. Support network technologies including routing, switching, firewalls, MPLS, and BGP. Deliver existing implementation solutions and contribute to service improvements. Participate in shift work where required. 3rd Line System Administrator Skills and Experience Experience providing 2nd or 3rd Line infrastructure support. Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2022 and VMware technologies. Experience with Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DFS, User Account Management, and Exchange. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Experience configuring and fault-finding network devices. Knowledge of routing, switching, MPLS, BGP, and enterprise firewalls. Experience with Juniper networking technologies is desirable. Strong Cisco experience will also be considered. Knowledge of HSM, PKI, or hardware encryption would be advantageous. Training will be provided where required. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ex-Military Signals experience would be advantageous.
