Coordination et Pilotage des Flux : Animer et coordonner les différentes équipes impliquées : Équipes M3 (ERP), Spark (Middle Office), Équipes de Développement (Front/Back) et le Partenaire PSP. Garantir l'alignement des parties prenantes sur les objectifs du projet et les spécifications techniques et fonctionnelles. Analyse et Spécification Fonctionnelle : Recueillir, analyser et formaliser les besoins métier en lien avec l'outil de paiement (processus de commande, annulation, remboursement, gestion des fraudes, etc.). Rédiger les Spécifications Fonctionnelles Détaillées (SFD) et les user stories claires et exploitables pour les équipes de développement. Suivi et Validation des Développements : Assurer la transmission et l'interprétation des spécifications aux équipes de développement. Réceptionner et valider les livrables techniques en vous assurant de leur conformité avec les spécifications initiales. Tests et Recette (E2E/UAT) : Concevoir et exécuter les tests de bout en bout (End-to-End Tests) pour valider l'intégralité de la chaîne de paiement. Coordonner et piloter les tests d'Acceptation Utilisateur (User Acceptance Tests - UAT) avec les équipes métier.

Application Support with FX Options Our Client is looking to recruit an experienced Application Support Specialist FX Options to join their team in the City London. You will be providing essential support for their FX Options trading platform and ensure the smooth operation of our trading and support systems. Purpose of role: • Provide day-to-day support for our FX Options trading platform, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user assistance. • Collaborate with the IT team to deploy, configure, and maintain the FX Options trading applications and associated infrastructure. • Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive measures to ensure high availability and reliability. • Act as a primary point of contact for traders and other end users, addressing their technical queries and concerns promptly and effectively. • Investigate and diagnose software and hardware issues, escalating complex problems to senior IT staff or vendors when necessary. • Work closely with development teams to analyze and document system requirements as well as contribute to the design and implementation of enhancements or fixes. • Conduct system testing and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and functionality of the applications. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and support procedures. Requirements: • Proven experience in a similar role, providing application support for financial systems. • Strong knowledge of FX Options trading concepts and terminology including currency pairs, spot, forwards, options, and market conventions. • Proficiency in supporting and troubleshooting Windows applications. • Solid understanding of database concepts and SQL query language. • Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure. • Familiarity with FIX protocol and experience with FIX connectivity troubleshooting. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical users. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
