Missions du posteDans le cadre d'une mission au sein de la DSI d'un grand groupe, le/la Project Manager intervient sur des projets liés aux opérations, aux systèmes d'information et à la transformation digitale. Les principales missions sont les suivantes : Piloter les projets de bout en bout, de leur lancement jusqu'à leur clôture. Définir les objectifs, le périmètre, le planning et les ressources nécessaires à la réalisation des projets. Assurer l'alignement des projets avec les objectifs stratégiques et opérationnels de l'organisation. Coordonner les différentes parties prenantes et les contributeurs issus de plusieurs équipes. Faciliter la communication entre les différents niveaux de l'organisation et assurer un suivi transparent de l'avancement. Suivre la performance et la santé des projets à travers des indicateurs, des points de suivi et des actions correctives. Identifier, évaluer et anticiper les risques projet et mettre en place les plans de mitigation adaptés. Assurer le suivi de la qualité, des délais et du budget. Préparer et communiquer régulièrement les reportings projet auprès des parties prenantes et du management. Gérer les escalades et contribuer à la résolution des difficultés rencontrées au cours du projet. Organiser la clôture des projets et formaliser les retours d'expérience ainsi que les enseignements à retenir. Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus et méthodes de gestion de projet. Être disponible ponctuellement en dehors des horaires habituels et le week-end en fonction des besoins du projet. Livrables attendusPlans projet complets précisant le périmètre, le planning et les besoins en ressources. Reporting réguliers sur l'avancement et la performance des projets. Analyses des risques et plans d'actions associés. Documentation de clôture des projets. Analyses des retours d'expérience et recommandations d'amélioration.

Dans le cadre de son rôle vis à vis des domaines sur lesquels il intervient, il devra produire les cartographies sur les différents plans architecture et assurer la qualité de la documentation dans les différents référentiels entreprises, la connaissance des différents domaines de l'assurance et des métiers supports (finances, comptabilité, conformité ...) seraient donc un plus. Connaissance cadre d'architecture TOGAF, qualité rédactionnelle et de synthèse pour la rédaction des dossiers d'architecture. This role is for the management of projects with significant IT infrastructure and systems work content. Responsibilities: Work with Systems Analysts and Business Process Champions to clarify project objectives and constraints.
