Documentation et communicationRédiger et maintenir la documentation projet. Créer ou adapter les processus impactés par la migration. Préparer des supports de gouvernance clairs et synthétiques. Partager les principales évolutions de manière transverse afin d'assurer leur prise en compte par l'ensemble des parties prenantes concernées.
