Oracle HR Transformation Project Manager Needed! An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced HR Project Manager to join a major HR transformation programme based in London for a Financial Services client of mine. The role is for an initial 4 months with scope of extensions sitting inside IR35 via an umbrella. This contract position focuses on overseeing the transition to Oracle within the HR function, ensuring robust risk management and governance throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and delivering key project milestones related to HR transformation. Responsibilities include coordinating project activities, managing timelines, and ensuring compliance with governance frameworks. You will be expected to identify and mitigate risks, liaise with stakeholders, and drive the implementation of Oracle solutions to support the organisation's HR objectives. Dans le cadre de l'évolution et de la maintenance du Système d'Information Ressources Humaines d'un acteur majeur du secteur des télécommunications, vous interviendrez sur le module Comptabilité du SIRH. Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes : Administrer et assurer le suivi fonctionnel du module Comptabilité du SIRH. Garantir la cohérence, la pertinence et la fiabilité des données financières issues des processus RH et Paie. Contrôler et suivre les flux comptables entre le SIRH et l'ERP Finance Oracle Fusion. Analyser les besoins métiers. Accompagner les utilisateurs RH et Finance dans la résolution des incidents et le traitement des demandes d'évolution. Collaborer avec l'intégrateur sur les sujets fonctionnels et techniques. Participer aux phases de recette, de validation et de mise en production des évolutions. Contribuer à la documentation des processus, des modes opératoires et des bonnes pratiques. Assurer une communication efficace avec l'ensemble des parties prenantes. Garantir un niveau élevé de réactivité et de service. Prioriser les demandes et contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus et des outils. L'environnement comprend un SIRH, avec PeopleSoft Oracle comme solution appréciée, ainsi que l'ERP Finance Oracle Fusion. Seeking an individual with the tester should have attained a level of experience equivalent to ISTQB Foundation and must have passed the ISTQB Foundation examination. This experience must have been gained testing insurance, mortgage or pensions software and ' testing experience across Oracle Databases, Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports. Demonstrable SQL skills. Must have previous experience working with Life Insurance Policy Administration Systems (PAS). Excellent spoken and written English. Fluency and accuracy in both spoken and written English is important to ensure that the individual does not compromise our delivery process or confuse clients. This position is based in Stratford, E15. 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday. 20 days paid holiday in the first year.
