La solution est actuellement en cours de migration et de rollout, nécessitant un renfort d’expertise pour assurer la stabilité, la performance et l’administration technique de l’ERP. L’administrateur Sage X3 interviendra en étroite collaboration avec les équipes projet, MOA/MOE, intégrateurs et équipes infrastructure. Administration technique Sage X3 Installation, configuration et administration des environnements Sage X3 (DEV, TEST, PROD) Gestion des composants techniques : Serveurs applicatifs Syracuse Moteur batch Base de données (Oracle / SQL Server selon environnement) Supervision des performances et optimisation des traitements Accompagnement de la migration V12 Participation aux activités de migration vers Sage X3 V12 : Upgrade technique Validation des environnements Support aux phases de tests (recette, UAT) Analyse et résolution des incidents liés à la migration Déploiement multi-sites (rollout) Support aux déploiements dans les usines : Paramétrage des nouveaux environnements Assistance au démarrage (Go-Live) Coordination avec les équipes locales IT / métiers Support & maintenance Gestion des incidents et demandes de niveau 2/3 Mise en place de procédures d’exploitation Monitoring et sécurisation des environnements Automatisation & amélioration continue Mise en place de scripts d’automatisation (batch, supervision, sauvegardes) Optimisation des performances système et base de données Documentation technique

Vous intervenez dans le cadre du déploiement du Core Model Finance sur Oracle ERP Cloud auprès de différents pays. Votre rôle Déploiement du Core Model Finance O2C · Participer au déploiement d’Oracle ERP Cloud Finance sur les pays concernés · Garantir la cohérence et la conformité du Core Model Finance déployé · Contrôler la bonne prise en compte des spécificités locales avec les intégrateurs pays · Vérifier que les adaptations locales n’ont pas d’effet de bord sur le modèle groupe Paramétrage et conception fonctionnelle · Garantir le paramétrage de la solution Oracle ERP Cloud Finance · Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles correspondant aux besoins métiers · Accompagner la définition des solutions à mettre en œuvre · Veiller à leur bonne intégration dans le système d'information Accompagnement métier et amélioration des processus · Assister la maîtrise d'ouvrage pour la définition des besoins fonctionnels · Sensibiliser les métiers aux apports de la solution Oracle ERP Cloud · Analyser les processus métiers et identifier les axes d’amélioration
