Oracle HR Transformation Project Manager Needed! An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced HR Project Manager to join a major HR transformation programme based in London for a Financial Services client of mine. The role is for an initial 4 months with scope of extensions sitting inside IR35 via an umbrella. This contract position focuses on overseeing the transition to Oracle within the HR function, ensuring robust risk management and governance throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and delivering key project milestones related to HR transformation. Responsibilities include coordinating project activities, managing timelines, and ensuring compliance with governance frameworks. You will be expected to identify and mitigate risks, liaise with stakeholders, and drive the implementation of Oracle solutions to support the organisation's HR objectives. To be considered for this role, you must have demonstrable experience in HR transformation projects, with a strong understanding of Oracle systems. Proven expertise in risk assessment and governance is essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Seeking an individual with the tester should have attained a level of experience equivalent to ISTQB Foundation and must have passed the ISTQB Foundation examination. This experience must have been gained testing insurance, mortgage or pensions software and ' testing experience across Oracle Databases, Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports. Demonstrable SQL skills. Must have previous experience working with Life Insurance Policy Administration Systems (PAS). Excellent spoken and written English. Fluency and accuracy in both spoken and written English is important to ensure that the individual does not compromise our delivery process or confuse clients. This position is based in Stratford, E15. 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday. 20 days paid holiday in the first year.
