Dans le cadre de la refonte du Système d’Information RH d’un grand compte, nous recherchons un AMOA SIRH confirmé pour intervenir sur la mise en place d’un nouveau Core SIRH basé sur la solution Oracle HCM Cloud . Vous interviendrez en soutien de la Direction RH et aurez pour principales missions : Recueillir et analyser les besoins exprimés par les métiers de la direction RH. Animer des ateliers de conception fonctionnelle. Rédiger des cahiers des charges, spécifications fonctionnelles et user stories. Collaborer avec les équipes MOE pour garantir la bonne compréhension des besoins. Coordonner les phases de recette fonctionnelle. Apporter votre expertise métier et solution Oracle HCM au sein de l’équipe projet. Le poste nécessite impérativement une expérience significative sur Oracle HCM Cloud.

Dans le cadre d’un projet de transformation et d’intégration SIRH, deux profils complémentaires sont recherchés : Chef de projet SIRH Le chef de projet aura la responsabilité du pilotage global des chantiers liés à la mise en œuvre du nouveau SIRH. Il assurera la coordination entre les équipes métiers, IT, groupe et les prestataires externes. Son rôle couvrira la planification, le suivi d’avancement, la gestion des risques et la validation des livrables. Il devra également piloter les phases de tests, garantir la résolution des anomalies et superviser les migrations de données en lien avec les équipes techniques. Une bonne maîtrise des processus RH (recrutement, gestion administrative, contrats, révisions salariales, absences…) et des solutions Oracle HCM ou SAP HR est essentielle. Le poste requiert de solides compétences en management transversal, en communication et en pilotage opérationnel, ainsi qu’une maîtrise du français et de l’anglais professionnel. Consultant fonctionnel Oracle HCM Le consultant fonctionnel interviendra en appui du chef de projet pour assurer la définition, la conception et la mise en œuvre des solutions fonctionnelles dans Oracle HCM. Il sera chargé d’analyser les besoins métiers, de modéliser les processus RH, d’animer des ateliers de cadrage et de formaliser les spécifications fonctionnelles. Il participera activement à la préparation des cahiers de recettes, à la validation des tests et à la communication auprès des parties prenantes RH et IT. Le consultant devra allier expertise fonctionnelle sur les modules RH à une bonne compréhension technique pour proposer des solutions adaptées et contribuer à l’optimisation des workflows. Une excellente capacité d’analyse, de communication et une maîtrise de l’anglais professionnel sont attendues.
