Contexte : Dans le cadre de la transformation RH/SIRH en cours, notre client a déployé en octobre 2024 un Core RH basé sur Oracle HCM afin de digitaliser et structurer les processus RH, tout en assurant son intégration avec les différents outils du SIRH et du SI, notamment ADP pour la paie, la gestion des identités et la GED. Le/la Business Analyst intégrera l'équipe RH et interviendra en mode Agile SAFe, en collaboration avec les PM, PO, équipes Core HR, DSI, intégrateur, Oracle, Direction SIRH et métiers RH. Missions principales : · Préparer et participer aux ateliers avec les métiers RH pour cadrer les évolutions demandées. · Participer au paramétrage du module Core HR d'Oracle HCM. · Suivre les nouveautés Oracle HCM et les présenter aux équipes métiers RH. · Réaliser les cahiers de recette, dérouler les plans de tests et suivre les correctifs. · Participer au run Oracle HCM : correction des dysfonctionnements majeurs, recherche des causes racines et ouverture/suivi des tickets SR auprès d'Oracle. · Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des méthodes de travail de l'équipe Core HR et de la maintenance Oracle HCM. · Formuler des préconisations de paramétrage et veiller au respect des bonnes pratiques projet. · Participer aux cérémonies Agile, notamment les daily et PIP. · Documenter les paramétrages réalisés. · Identifier les risques, analyser les impacts et proposer des solutions adaptées. Livrables attendus : · Comptes rendus et supports des ateliers métiers. · Paramétrages Core HR réalisés et documentés. · Cahiers de recette et plans de tests. · Suivi des campagnes de tests et des corrections. · Documentation des paramétrages Oracle HCM. · Tickets SR Oracle et suivi des résolutions. · Préconisations d'amélioration et recommandations de paramétrage. · Contributions aux cérémonies et au suivi Agile.

Contexte : Dans le cadre de l'évolution de son SIRH, notre client recherche un(e) Product Manager SIRH spécialisé(e) en Révision salariale et Talent Management. Le/la consultant(e) sera responsable du processus de révision salariale, des campagnes d'augmentation, de la gestion de la performance, des Talent Reviews et du Career Development sur l'ensemble de leur cycle de vie. Il/elle travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les métiers, la DSI, la Direction SIRH, le Business Owner et le Product Owner IT, dans un environnement Agile SAFe. Missions principales : · Recueillir, analyser et prioriser les besoins métiers sur le périmètre Révision salariale, Performance et Talent Management. · Revoir et formaliser les processus et pratiques opérationnelles en collaboration avec les métiers. · Apporter l'expertise Oracle HCM afin d'assurer la convergence entre les processus et la solution. · Identifier les possibilités d'optimisation et être force de proposition sur les fonctionnalités Oracle HCM. · Organiser des démonstrations et POC afin de prévalider les choix de solutions. · Organiser et animer les comités d'arbitrage avec le Business Owner métier. · Participer aux réunions SIRH et aux cérémonies Agile : points hebdomadaires, Artsync, daily. · Accompagner les campagnes d'évaluation et réaliser les retours d'expérience post-campagne. · Participer à la configuration d'Oracle HCM en lien avec la DSI et veiller à la conformité de la solution. · Coordonner les différents acteurs impliqués dans les projets et la conduite du changement. · Mettre à jour ou créer les processus, pratiques opérationnelles, supports de formation et modes opératoires. · Animer des webinaires et participer aux démonstrations auprès des utilisateurs. · Gérer la roadmap de son domaine en cohérence avec la roadmap globale du SIRH. · Collaborer avec le Business Owner côté métier et le Product Owner côté IT. · Être force de proposition sur les usages de l'IA générative et les opportunités d'innovation au sein du SIRH. Key Responsibilities * Provide functional consultancy across the Oracle HCM landscape, with a particular focus on Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). * Gather, analyse, and document business requirements. * Produce high-quality High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation. * Support solution design workshops with business and technical stakeholders. * Conduct impact assessments and recommend best-practice Oracle HCM solutions. * Assist with configuration, testing, and deployment activities as required. * Provide ongoing functional support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle. * Work within a secure environment, ensuring adherence to project governance and compliance requirements.
