Ce poste stratégique vous placera au coeur de la relation client, dans un rôle clé d'interface entre les besoins métiers et les équipes techniques. Notre client est une société spécialisée dans le développement de solutions ERP personnalisées pour des entreprises de tous secteurs. Leur marque de fabrique ? Une approche sur-mesure, une forte exigence technique et un véritable sens du service. En tant que Chef de Projet ERP, vous serez le garant du bon déroulement des projets ERP, de l'expression des besoins à la mise en production, avec un focus particulier sur Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central : Être l'interlocuteur privilégié du client, comprendre ses enjeux et l'accompagner tout au long du projet Piloter les projets ERP (planning, ressources, budget, qualité) Recueillir, analyser et formaliser les besoins fonctionnels Coordonner les équipes techniques et fonctionnelles pour garantir une intégration fluide Superviser la configuration et le paramétrage de l'ERP Assurer la formation des utilisateurs et leur support post-déploiement Anticiper les risques projets, proposer des solutions Participer aux phases d'avant-vente aux côtés des équipes commerciales

Contexte: SCORE est le CRM du groupe La Poste, basé sur Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Notre feuille de route s’est agrandie avec notamment avec le projet Care 360 qui vise à porter : la gestion de la maintenance la gestion du Service Client de l’offre Véligo d’Ile de France Mobilité, dont le SI est développé par la DSI de la BSCC. Ce projet s’appuie sur le CRM MS Dynamics ainsi que le module Field Services et doit être déployé le 1er janvier 2026. Pour renforcer l’équipe de ce projet Stratégique pour la BSCC, je recherche un profil maitrisant les modules Field Services et Power Pages qui sera capable de s’intégrer rapidement à l’équipe.
