En tant que Consultant Support Applicatif Fonctionnel N2/N3, vous assurez le maintien en conditions opérationnelles des applications métiers et contribuez à leur évolution fonctionnelle au sein de notre écosystème. Côté build : Participer à l'analyse des besoins métiers et à la rédaction des spécifications fonctionnelles Contribuer à la modélisation des processus et des flux applicatifs (UML, BPMN) Participer à la conception et à l'évolution des requêtes applicatives et reporting Collaborer avec les équipes techniques et métiers dans le cadre des projets d'évolution Participer aux phases de tests, recettes et validation des correctifs ou évolutions Côté run : Assurer le support applicatif de niveau N2/N3 auprès des utilisateurs Prendre en charge les incidents, demandes de services et évolutions via Jira Analyser les anomalies fonctionnelles et coordonner leur résolution Suivre les traitements applicatifs, flux et interfaces Garantir la qualité et la cohérence des données et applications Participer à la documentation fonctionnelle et aux procédures de support C'est votre parcours Vous justifiez d'une première expérience réussie en support applicatif, assistance fonctionnelle ou AMOA/AMOE. Vous aimez analyser, comprendre les besoins métiers et accompagner les utilisateurs dans la résolution de problématiques applicatives.
