Au sein du pôle GBCR IT CIB & Risks, le domaine Treasury Solution s’assure de maintenir et de faire évoluer le système d’information Cash de la ligne métier Global Trade; Système d’information qui s’appuie pour une large part sur un ensemble d’outils développés en interne. C’est un domaine de 60+ personnes (répartis entre internes, externes, sur Paris ou à l’étranger dont notamment Porto), constitué de profils différents, comme des MOE, des MOA, des chefs de projets, des directeurs de programmes, etc. Le métier Treasury Solution lance une initiative de Refonte de l'offre de Change de la filière Paiements Internationaux. Ces initiatives ont pour objectifs d'améliorer l'offre tant sur les aspects techniques que tarifaires. • Réalisation de schémas directeurs pour les DSI et les directions métiers sur les trajectoires IT à prendre • Définition des orientations de veille en s'assurant de leur bon alignement avec la stratégie de l'entreprise • Etre à l'écoute du marché pour alimenter les sujets d'innovation • Mener des ateliers de créativité pour identifier des solutions innovantes pour l'entreprise et instruire l'opportunité de lancer ces solutions • Accompagner la mise en œuvre de POC (proof of concept) ou Quick-Win relatifs à de nouvelles idées ou usages et suivre leur avancement • Assurer le pilotage opérationnel du pôle (Rh, budgets, process,…) et le lien avec les décideurs • Contribuer à la promotion de l'innovation au sein de l'entreprise • Assurer le suivi budgétaire de la démarche et publier les indicateurs (suivi, performance)

Nous recherchons un Project Manager confirmé pour piloter le stream Upgrade IFS au sein du programme de migration. Ce rôle est clé pour assurer une transition fluide entre les versions IFS APPS 10.9 vers 10.28 , en coordonnant les équipes techniques, fonctionnelles et les parties prenantes client. Responsabilités principales Piloter la planification et l’exécution de l’upgrade IFS, en garantissant la continuité des opérations métiers. Coordonner les activités des consultants fonctionnels, équipes techniques et stakeholders côté client. Gérer le périmètre, les délais, les risques et les ressources en respectant les engagements contractuels. Superviser la migration de données, la validation des intégrations et les tests de non-régression . Assurer le respect des standards de gouvernance et la bonne tenue de la documentation projet. Produire des reportings réguliers , incluant l’avancement, les risques et les plans de mitigation. Contribuer au change management et au transfert de connaissances post-upgrade. Compétences requises Expérience avérée sur des projets d’ upgrade ERP , idéalement sur IFS (APPS 10.x) . Bonne compréhension de l’architecture IFS, de la migration de données et des principes d’intégration . Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet (JIRA, MS Project…). Excellentes compétences en pilotage, communication et gestion des parties prenantes . Expérience confirmée dans des environnements multiculturels et distribués. Anglais courant obligatoire , le français est un plus.
