You’ll have the autonomy to shape delivery approaches, explore innovative solutions and strengthen client partnerships, supported by experienced colleagues and a culture that encourages collaboration, professional development and shared success.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead & Deliver: Take accountability for a complex portfolio of technology change programmes, ensuring successful delivery against agreed objectives, timelines, budgets and client expectations.

• Own Financial Performance: Manage portfolio revenue, budgets, costs, forecasting, margins and profitability, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions to protect commercial performance.

• Govern & Optimise: Establish effective programme governance, reporting, risk management, dependency management and change control to maintain delivery quality and contractual compliance.

• Plan & Resource: Coordinate resource requirements, capability needs and delivery priorities across CGI business units and strategic partners.

• Drive Strategic Growth: Support account planning, opportunity identification, pipeline development, bids and proposals to strengthen client relationships and deliver sustainable business growth.

• Manage & Influence Partners: Oversee supplier and partner performance, ensuring contractual obligations, delivery standards and commercial expectations are consistently achieved.

• Innovate & Improve: Collaborate with technology practice leaders to identify emerging solutions, improve delivery models and enhance the value of CGI's services.

• Report & Advise: Provide clear financial, operational and programme reporting to senior stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
