Il conçoit, intègre, modernise et entretient des équipements pour améliorer les performances économiques, techniques et environnementales de ses clients, tout au long du cycle de vie de leurs outils industriels. Afin de renforcer l'équipe Workplace en charge de SCCM, le secteur Corporate recherche un IT/ICT Systems Officer spécialisé SCCM pour assurer l'administration et l'évolution de l'environnement poste de travail et serveurs. Environnement technologique Vous intervenez au sein du département ICT du groupe, au sein de l'équipe Service Desk & Workplace responsable du support opérationnel pour les utilisateurs d'un groupe mondial. L'environnement comprend notamment : - Près de 4 500 utilisateurs répartis sur plus de 60 sites dans plus de 7 pays - 2 datacenters principaux avec plus de 480 serveurs - Un réseau WAN intégrant plus de 50 sites Une attention particulière est portée au fait que le candidat ait travaillé avec SCCM en tant qu'administrateur (et non uniquement en tant qu'utilisateur). Nature et portée du poste Le/la ICT Systems Officer (SCCM) intervient principalement sur l'administration de l'environnement SCCM et la gestion du poste de travail et de certains serveurs, en lien étroit avec l'équipe Service Desk & Workplace. Il/elle contribue à la standardisation, l'industrialisation et l'amélioration continue des services fournis aux utilisateurs. !! Le candidat doit avoir une expérience d'administration SCCM (et non uniquement une utilisation en tant qu'utilisateur) !! Principales responsabilités Dans ce cadre, vos responsabilités principales sont : - Administration de SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) - Création d'images postes de travail - Création de paquets d'installation applicatifs (Software Center) - Gestion des mises à jour postes de travail et serveurs via SCCM - Création de scripts PowerShell pour automatiser des tâches récurrentes - Mise à jour et création de procédures d'exploitation et de support - Veille technologique sur l'écosystème poste de travail, SCCM et outils associés - Mise en place de solutions d'amélioration continue des services ICT - Gestion de la CMDB (Configuration Management Database) - Mise à disposition de rapports de suivi (inventaire, mises à jour, conformité, etc.) - Gestion des incidents et des demandes de changement de niveau 2 Profil recherché Prérequis techniques et expérience : - Expertise SCCM ou expérience équivalente en administration SCCM - Expérience minimum de 3 ans dans une fonction similaire, idéalement au sein d'une organisation répartie internationalement - Maîtrise de la langue française et très bonne connaissance de l'anglais (parlé et écrit) - Bonne connaissance d'Office 2021 et Microsoft 365 - Bonne connaissance de Windows 10 et Windows 11 - Bonne connaissance du hardware PC et de ses périphériques - Maîtrise de la gestion des utilisateurs, ordinateurs et groupes dans Active Directory et Azure Active Directory - Maîtrise de Teams, SharePoint et OneDrive Atouts (compétences bonus) : - Intune - ITIL - Windows Server - Gestion des Group Policies - Suite Atlassian - Bases en réseaux (routers et switches) Compétences professionnelles et comportementales : - Bonne communication orale et écrite - Orientation client et service - Esprit d'équipe, partage spontané de l'information - Approche pragmatique et orientée solution - Sens de l'organisation, rigueur - Disponibilité et flexibilité - Autonomie, capacité d'auto-apprentissage, sens des responsabilités Livrables et résultats attendus (implicites) : - Environnement SCCM administré et maintenu de manière fiable et sécurisée - Images et paquets d'installation standardisés, documentés et déployés efficacement - Mises à jour postes de travail et serveurs déployées et suivies via SCCM - Scripts PowerShell et procédures permettant d'industrialiser et d'automatiser les opérations récurrentes - CMDB à jour et rapports de suivi pertinents pour le pilotage de l'activité - Incidents et changements de niveau 2 pris en charge et résolus dans le respect des bonnes pratiques et de la qualité de service attendue. Information Security Manager with Network Engineering Skills Our Client is a bank based in Central London who are looking to recruit a seasoned professional with at least 7 to 10 years expertise level Information Security coupled with Hands-on Network Engineering. The role is mainly Information Security – Data Security and split circa 80% with 20% Network Engineering – so you do need to be hands-on technically. You will ideally have circa 5+ years of work experience with Network Engineering coupled with over 10 years experience with Cisco Systems Products Role Description The Information Security Manager with Network Engineering Skills is a full-time hybrid role based in London, with the flexibility to work from home part of the week. The role oversees the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of information security policies, procedures, and controls across networks and systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the Information Security Management System (ISMS), monitoring cybersecurity and network security events, coordinating incident response, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. The person in this role will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to assess risks, implement technical and procedural safeguards, and support secure network architecture and configuration. Additional tasks include producing security documentation, leading security awareness initiatives, and providing guidance on secure network engineering practices. Qualifications · Strong skills in Information Security Management and Information Security, with experience defining and enforcing security policies and governance. · Hands-on expertise with Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), including implementation, maintenance, and audit readiness. · Proficiency in Cybersecurity and Network Security, covering threat detection, vulnerability management, network hardening, and incident response. · Demonstrated network engineering experience (eg, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, secure network design). · Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CompTIA Security+, or similar are beneficial. · Experience with regulatory and compliance frameworks (eg, ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST) and security best practices. · Ability to analyze complex technical environments, communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and document security requirements and processes. · Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Contexte de la mission le client dispose d'1 CRM basé sur la technologie Microsoft Dynamics 365. Le crm des clients personnes physiques et personnes morales, ATLAS s'est inscrit dans le programme de la Direction Générale, visant à redéfinir et unifier le parcours client. Cela répond aux 4 objectifs ci-dessous : Améliorer sa performance commerciale et sa relation client, Centraliser l'ensemble des informations pertinentes, Permettre d'harmoniser le service rendu aux clients et partenaires (salariés, entreprises, bailleurs et collectivités) quel que soit le canal utilisé (téléphone, mail, agence, plateforme…) Donner aux collaborateurs une vision à 360° de la relation avec les clients et partenaires et ainsi être force de proposition sur la base de l'analyse 360. Le CRM a comme objectif également de pouvoir identifier de manière unique un tiers (Personne Physique ou Personne Morale) et d'avoir ainsi une vision 360 des échanges avec ce tiers, de ses demandes et des services rendus (prêts, aides ou autre). Aujourd'hui, cette vision existe en s'appuyant notamment sur un référentiel de personnes physiques et un référentie de personnes morales. Avant le crm ATLAS, chaque domaine applicatif gérait ses données en local, sans codification commune et sans stratégie partagée de mise à jour à partir de sources externes. De fait, les réconciliations des données entre ces visions étaient difficiles. Elles ne permettaient ni d'avoir une vision complète d'un demandeur, ni de lui proposer l'ensemble des produits ALS adéquats. C'est ainsi qu'en 2023, le crm ATLAS a vu le jour sur le premier périmètre de nos clients personnes physiques, puis en 2024 sur le périmètre des personnes morales, avec lesquelles nous entretenions une relation commerciale. Les connaissances techniques suivantes sont indispensables : MS Dynamics 365, PowerApps et l'environnement Microsoft Azure Architecture logicielle Utilisation de Azure DevOps (Git) pour la gestion des sources, du backlog, des pipelines .Net framework 4.7 et .Net Core 3 (avec C#) Connaissance des méthodologies Cycle en V et Agile (La DSI d'ALS s'inspire de principes Agile pour mener à bien certains projets tout en s'adaptant à l'organisation de l'entreprise). Objectifs et livrables Les prestations attendues sont notamment : Définition et la conception de l'architecture applicative globale de la solution mise en œuvre avec Dynamics ainsi que les interactions de cette solution avec l'environnement informatique et humain dans lequel elle s'intègre (Système d'information interne et/ou Cloud) Participation à la conception, en vérifiant le respect des design pattern. Aide à la définition, la conception et l'implémentation des modules applicatifs. Le développement des projets Microsoft Dynamics durant les phases de conception et la coordination avec le reste de l'équipe. Assistance aux programmeurs dans les paramétrages complexes.
