GenAI Business Analyst We are seeking an experienced GenAI Business Analyst to support the design and delivery of Generative AI solutions within a banking / financial services environment. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and AI, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams to take GenAI use cases from concept through to production. Key Responsibilities Lead business analysis activities, including requirements elicitation, process mapping, documentation, and user journey design Translate business objectives into clear use cases, epics, features, and user stories Partner closely with Product Managers, AI Engineers, Data Engineers, Architects, and UI/UX teams Define and shape GenAI use cases, understanding capabilities, limitations, and appropriate application of LLMs Support the design of RAG-based solutions, ensuring responses are grounded in enterprise data Work within API-driven ecosystems, with a strong understanding of data flow across hybrid (cloud and on-prem) environments Contribute to prompt engineering, including defining prompts, roles, instructions, and agent behaviour Support agent-based workflows, including function calling, API orchestration, and multi-agent collaboration models Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Business Analyst within complex technical environments Strong understanding of Generative AI and LLM concepts Hands-on exposure to RAG architectures and GenAI system design Experience working with API-based systems and modern data architectures Background delivering AI or GenAI use cases within banking or financial services Nice to Have Exposure to multi-agent systems, agent personas, and interaction patterns Understanding of context and memory engineering Knowledge of AI Governance and taking AI use cases into production Familiarity with model monitoring, metrics, and performance tracking This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping how GenAI is applied across critical banking use cases. Full Stack Engineer 5 Month contract initially Based: Remote, with 3 days p/w onsite in Sheffield Rate: £400 - £450 p/d - (via Umbrella company) We have a great opportunity with a world leading organisation where you will be provided with all of the support and development to succeed. Key Skills/knowledge/experience: *Strong experience delivering product to production, at pace. *Extensive experience developing microservices using highly iterative methods to deliver change to production regularly. Experience delivering microservices without using frameworks like SpringBoot is a plus. *Proven experience with Azure OpenAI/ChatGPT and cloud-based AI solutions. *Strong background in backend technologies and scalable software architecture. *Expertise in developing and consuming REST APIs. *Given AI is an ever-evolving field, and appetite to keep learning and staying on top of latest developments to drive to team to stay at the forefront of technology developments. A few other skills that would be nice to see: *Experience with cloud platforms. *Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. *Industry experience delivering AI/ML solutions to production - particularly including hands on experience with generative AI and prompt engineering. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Business Analysis Requirements and Specifications (Functional & Technical) Elicit business, stakeholder and solution (functional/non-functional) requirements and prepare business requirements documents. Translate business needs into functional specifications for developers and solution architects, ensuring the technical implementation is aligned with business goals. System and Data Migration Strategy Design and drive the overall strategy data and systems for migrating from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365. Develop a comprehensive data inventory for migrating data (emails, documents and applications) from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Change Impact Analysis Perform detailed assessments of the potential impact of the Microsoft 365 implementation on business processes, systems, data and roles. Leverage your analytical skills to perform gap analyses and provide data-driven recommendations that enhance productivity and support business objectives. Create a list of existing Identity Management / SSO integration with existing systems that will need to re-integrate with Microsoft 365 Entra ID (Active Directory). Information Governance - Compliance and Data Governance Ensure that the migration aligns with all applicable legal, regulatory and compliance standards. Work closely with security and legal teams to ensure information is governed effectively, including GDPR and data retention policies. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication Identify key stakeholders across the organisation, create engagement plans, and communicate business impacts, project goals and progress effectively. Ensure alignment with business needs and foster a positive attitude towards change. User Adoption and Training Collaborate with training teams to develop learning programs, tutorials, and workshops that will help users maximise their use of Microsoft 365 tools like SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
