Missions Concevoir et animer des formations avancées en IA (focalisées notamment sur Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat et autres solutions professionnelles approuvées). Préparer et adapter les supports pédagogiques en français et en anglais . Dispenser les formations en présentiel (Paris, Luxembourg, Bruxelles, Strasbourg) et/ou à distance, en binôme avec un autre formateur (2 formateurs par session minimum). Former des groupes d’environ 10 participants lors de sessions de 2 demi-journées espacées pour favoriser la mise en pratique. Évaluer les acquis, délivrer des attestations et collecter les retours d’expérience. Participer à l’amélioration continue du programme (feedbacks, mise à jour des supports, ajustements).

Dans ce contexte, et afin d’accélérer nos innovations Produits, cet ressource sera le référent d’une ou plusieurs feature teams dédiée à la réalisation de MVP avec de forts enjeux de valeur et d’accélération de transformation pour nos métiers amont. Il aura en charge la qualification technique des solutions à développer nécessitant de l’IA, priorisées par les métiers avec la participation des IA-Catalyst, agissant comme point d’entrée des demandes métiers pour le Digital.
