You will be expected to bring a strong commercial mindset, with the ability to lead sales and business development activity while optimising operational delivery. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of full P&L ownership within an industrial, logistics, processing, or commodity-led environment. They will have demonstrated success in driving transformation, scaling performance, and implementing structure within a growing business. A pragmatic and visible leader, they will be comfortable operating without large support teams, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution and strong commercial acumen. You will play a critical role in professionalising the organisation, strengthening operational leadership, and optimising performance within a commodity-driven environment. Working closely with investors, you will define and execute a clear plan for growth, efficiency, and value creation.
